1. Open the webpage of the school safety education platform, click the platform account to log in in the login interface, and click Forgot Account or Password.

2. In the pop-up window, enter the student's student number or ID number and the student's mobile phone number.

3. Click the "Get Verification Code" button and enter the received verification code. Then enter the new password and confirm it.
