It is impossible to establish a correct view of students overnight. It should be noted that thousands of years of teacher's dignity is deeply rooted in people's hearts, and traditional educational concepts and students have far-reaching influence on pedagogy behavior. On the one hand, we should constantly learn and absorb modern educational ideas and strive to establish a modern view of students, on the other hand, we should also use the modern view of students to test our educational behavior.
1. Teachers should take students to heart.
Students are the object of education, and all teachers' educational behaviors should meet the needs of students' survival and development, which is a basic judgment of modern students' view. However, in educational practice, teachers often do things by themselves without students in mind. If students are asked questions in class and they can't answer them, teachers often "rush up in a rage" and often punish, reprimand and scold them. Although this question may have been explained more than once, the students still failed to understand it. What shall we do? What we think the teacher can and should do is to explain it to him again. So, you can say to him: it's not your fault, but the teacher didn't make it clear. Let the teacher tell you again, ok? On the other hand, for students, reprimanding, scolding and punishment will not only help solve the problem, but also hurt their self-esteem and self-confidence and the feelings between teachers and students. For another example, teachers often get very angry when they see obvious "low-level" mistakes, say some harsh words, and even reprimand students. It is a good thing to think quietly and criticize face to face, aiming to help consolidate and improve. As everyone knows, harsh words and harsh words reprimand students, instead of helping them, hurt their fragile psychology, and are not conducive to enhancing the feelings of teachers and students. It can be said that good things are not done well. In educational practice, there are probably not a few cases in which this kind of good deed has not been done well. The existence of corporal punishment and disguised corporal punishment cannot be said to have nothing to do with this. If teachers can take students to heart, it may be another situation.
2. Teachers should enhance their sense of service.
Some scholars classify education as a service industry, and the expression of "providing quality education services" is frequently seen in newspapers. We are in favor of this formulation. We believe that as schools and teachers, we should provide good educational services for parents and students. If parents spend money to send their children to school, they should let them enjoy good educational services. However, a considerable number of teachers, influenced by the traditional thought of "respecting teachers", suddenly find it difficult to accept the role orientation of serving students' learning, or pay lip service to it, while their educational and teaching behavior still follows the old model. Let the students revolve around the teacher, let the students obey the teacher's arrangement everywhere, ignore the students' needs, ignore the students' thoughts and thoughts ... aren't these practices in the practice of education and teaching? What should I do? Teachers should consciously change their thinking to meet the needs of students.
