In recent days, I have been reading two books by Mr. Kou Yongsheng-Ideas-the commanding heights of education. These two books are actually the "masterpieces" of Mr. Kou's teaching in Yan 'an, Shaanxi Province for one year, with more than 300,000 words. What kind of perseverance and perseverance this is! Although teaching in other provinces doesn't involve much in one's own unit, it is also a rather arduous teaching task, because as a teacher in Wuxi, a small town in the south of the Yangtze River, he has his own "aura", not to mention the rich regional culture in the south of the Yangtze River, and more importantly, he has brought advanced educational and teaching concepts in the south of the Yangtze River. Did he come to the barren land of the northwest loess plateau? Education is also poor and backward. Here, in addition to undertaking the usual teaching tasks, it also shoulders the heavy responsibility of passing the college entrance examination in Yan' an school. Physical fatigue can be imagined, and mental stress is also obvious. Besides, teaching should not only preside over students' teaching, but also undertake the task of teacher education, training and improvement. Every major festival, I have to close, take a long-distance bus, and then transfer to the train. After a year, I have little free time, but in such a tense day. I really admire it! It is an example for me to learn.
At the beginning of school, when the school distributed two books to everyone, I looked at the thick books and the authors on the cover and had the idea of complaining. I am so busy on weekdays, where do I have time to read these books again? Besides, it's Kou Yongsheng's book! What kind of profound theory can an ordinary teacher have? I listened to two lectures about him. Maybe I didn't settle down to savor them carefully. I just had a casual discussion with you. Of course, there are also different opinions. Besides, there are more nitpicking and finding fault. Some people even think that his teaching method is not suitable for junior high school students at all, and according to this teaching method, it is not in line with our teaching facts. At that time, it will be over. Although I still felt that Mr. Kou was different from others, I didn't think much. Perhaps in Mr. Kou's class, it is more his own innovation and unique understanding of teaching materials! At the beginning, I always thought that the branch leaders were so superstitious about external resources and didn't develop internal resources, and they felt so good about themselves. I put these two books under the cupboard for a long time, and maybe they didn't even think about reading them, let alone learning from them.
? Until that day, when I went out to study, I heard Mr. Yang, a former colleague of Mr. Kou in Jiayuguan No.1 Middle School, mention the name Kou Yongsheng. In addition to Mr. Kou's ordinary, peaceful and simple appearance, I immediately said: Mr. Kou has given us several lessons in our school! That kind of pride, I never thought, in other provinces, I actually praised a teacher who had never tasted life! Next, Teacher Yang said with admiration: Kou Yongsheng is so energetic and vicious! Do everything with special perseverance and perseverance! You can drill, you can ... Teacher Yang was still talking about something, but I didn't listen to a word at that time, because I suddenly thought of those two books, which were deeply pressed under the cupboard by me! Teacher Kou's simple and natural classroom, the original ecological classroom, and some things and feelings he experienced personally are clearly displayed in front of me! I secretly made up my mind that the first thing to do when I go back is to take out these two books, for sure!
Going out to study will soon be over. When I got back to the school office, the first thing I did was really bend down and take those two books out from under the cupboard! Looking at the brick red covers and intact plastic covers of two books, I still feel so guilty. I decided to tear open the plastic package, just like a hungry child unpacking bread! I first looked at the front and back of the book cover, and there was a big silver word "idea" shining on the cover! Only when I opened the book catalogue did I find that this is Teacher Kou's teaching diary! Because the beginning of each article is year, month and day, and there are also solar calendars, lunar calendars, temperatures and so on. At that time, I thought that although he was a son-in-law in northern Shaanxi, his body had adapted to the warm environment in Jiangnan for many years, and he might come back again. The discomfort in temperature is the most striking, so the daily temperature change has become the clearest feeling of Teacher Kou at this moment!
When browsing the catalogue, I also found that some of these dates can be connected, and some have gaps in the middle. When I read the catalogue of two books, I found that the time of these two books can just make up for each other, sometimes there are two or three books a day. Why is this? I continued to look at the topics in the catalogue (marking diaries, which is the unique feature of Teacher Kou's diaries and my research).
? It turns out that the first book mainly records some experiences and ideas of Mr. Kou in local schools, some educational phenomena, some educational systems, and some "bits and pieces" in his own life. I seldom analyze the teaching materials in my own classroom, even if I have some thoughts on the classroom, it is a comparison with the local classroom.
The second book is different. It mainly records what I have seen, heard and felt in my life in the past year, as well as the performance of different students. Among them, the details are amazing. What a student said and what a student wrote in his composition can be seen in his article. Those unpretentious first-hand materials, without a careful heart, are all gone?
? So the first feeling I got from Mr. Kou's article is: meticulous accumulation! In the daily education and teaching work, we must carefully accumulate and record our first-hand information in time, so as to keep our own experiences, have our own things and leave ourselves with information and opportunities for thinking!
The second feeling: perseverance and confidence. Although I have a desire to write, on weekdays, I always feel that my work is too busy and I always feel that these records can only be made in my spare time. So, day after day, month after month, year after year, time slipped away from us. Now I really regret it and feel ashamed, but from now on, I will tell myself clearly that there is no contradiction between doing a lot of things and asking them to do it with their heart. At the same time, I also remembered a sentence that Mr. Lu Xun said: I spent all my time drinking coffee and chatting with others on writing … Yes, Lei Feng also said: Time is like water in a sponge, as long as you are willing to squeeze it, there is always some!
The third feeling: every article by Mr. Kou is very simple, just like a family chatting. It is eloquent, without profound theories or overly flowery rhetoric, but many things expressed in ordinary and simple language are worth our deep thinking! This simplicity is also a portrayal of his simple character. People, most of the time, we don't need to aim too high. As long as we calm down and take every step seriously, then our life will not be illusory!
The fourth feeling: this is a true and fearless person who dares to tell the truth. We came to a strange environment. If we want to stay here, we always want to leave a good impression on everyone. We will only say something nice and find the good side here. However, in many of our articles, Mr. Kou has revealed the unreasonable phenomenon of this school, and even the disadvantages of making it difficult for people to step down. These real things actually happen around us every day, all the time, but I have only met Mr. Kou who really dares to tell them all. This is a fearless and responsible teacher who really puts students first in education and really uses a concept to observe and describe the backward education situation in northwest China. If we don't talk about it and let it develop, what's the use of teaching? Where is the true meaning of teaching? Don't we want to change the backward education situation in northwest China? But when we dare not speak out the real problems in education, how can we talk about solving them? Therefore, when I read the story in Mr. Kou's book, I admired it again and again, while reading the present situation of education in Northwest China with great reverence!
I feel a lot and have a lot to learn. I hope I can walk all the way and not forget your initial heart!
Time flies, and the strokes described here always come down, but I still reluctantly stop painting when I look at the piles of homework on the desk. I believe that when I read all of them, I will have more gains and feelings. At that time, I will definitely write down all these feelings and be a meticulous teacher like Mr. Kou!
