Safety personnel should always remind employees to put an end to "three violations" and achieve "three no injuries". A tight-lipped security officer can ensure that employees always keep in mind safety.

Third, be "brainy". As a team safety officer, we should keep learning, broaden our knowledge, improve our theoretical level, combine theoretical knowledge with production practice, and improve our professional quality. In the process of safety inspection and safety study, team safety officers should keep in mind what hidden dangers of accidents have been discovered, which equipment is prone to problems, which employees have weak safety awareness and which safety rules and regulations have not been put in place.
