If you can't download the plug-in when downloading, set it like this, open the ActiveX control in IE Tools/Internet Options/Security/Custom Level/Settings, and automatically prompt "Disabled". Execute script "Enable" for ActiveX controls marked as safe execution scripts, run "Enable" for ActiveX initialization and scripts not marked as safe (disable after downloading plug-ins), download unsigned ActiveX controls "Enable" (disable after downloading plug-ins), download signed ActiveX controls "Prompt", run "Enable" settings for ActiveX controls and plug-ins, and then press OK to apply.

Special note: After downloading and installing the player, you need to close all browser windows and reopen the browser to watch it normally.
