What are the militia combat readiness levels?
Militia combat readiness is divided into three levels, two levels and one level.

Militia organizations must enter or cancel the combat readiness level according to the orders of military organs. The three-level combat readiness shall be organized and implemented according to the following requirements:

Check the implementation of combat readiness work and report relevant information on time.

The second-level combat readiness shall be organized and implemented according to the following requirements:

On-the-job cadres should strengthen their duty, study and arrange combat readiness in time, keep communication smooth, and accept orders and instructions from superiors at any time;

Stop personnel going out and recalling cadres and backbones outside, and keep the rate of personnel in place above 70%;

Mobilize for combat readiness, and define the combat readiness tasks and requirements;

Organize necessary assembly and emergency assembly drills and improve emergency action measures;

Strengthen the judgment of the enemy's situation, pay close attention to social dynamics, master the characteristics of hostile forces' activities, and report relevant information in time;

Understand the supply channels and methods of combat readiness materials according to the instructions of superiors, and make preparations for receiving weapons and equipment and various combat readiness materials;

Militiamen in key areas of frontier defense, coastal defense and combat readiness should strengthen control and vigilance over important places and areas; The militia on duty for combat readiness is on standby, ready to perform tasks at any time;

Twenty-eighth level combat readiness shall be organized and implemented in accordance with the following requirements:

Complete cadres at all levels, establish organization and command institutions, clarify the division of responsibilities, and keep smooth communication and uninterrupted command at any time;

Recall the staff away from home, assemble according to the instructions of superiors, and keep the occupancy rate above 90%;

Mobilize to participate in the war, and clarify the tasks and relevant regulations;

Please receive, receive and distribute weapons and equipment, ammunition and various war preparations;

Conduct pre-war training and related drills according to the tasks undertaken;

The conversion of combat readiness level must be carried out according to the order. Under normal circumstances, it will be transferred to level 3 combat readiness, level 2 combat readiness and level 1 combat readiness in turn; In case of emergency, you can also jump to the required combat readiness level.

Militia organizations must complete the conversion of combat readiness levels within the prescribed time limit. The provisions on the time limit for the conversion of combat readiness levels shall be drawn up by the provincial military region, reported to the military region for examination and approval, and reported to the General Staff Department for the record; In case of emergency, it shall be stipulated by the military organ that issued the order.
