Adolescence-a stage that modern boys and girls are going through; The stage that mom and dad went through; A stage that younger brothers and sisters will go through.

Before, I only vaguely remember hearing my mother say that in adolescence, girls' breasts will grow up and come to "menstruation". I asked my mother curiously, "Mom, what is a legal holiday?" "'general holidays' are blood. When you come, your ass will bleed. " Mom said.

Until today, I didn't know what the so-called "adolescence" was until I listened to what Mr. Wang told us about the changes in puberty of boys and girls.

Teacher Wang told me a lot about adolescence, which made me understand:

1. In life, girls should know self-esteem, self-improvement and self-love. Less contact with the opposite sex, more contact.

2. Because the sexual maturity of men is about one year later than that of women, it can be determined that the puberty age range of men is 14- 18. 1 ~ 2 years too early or too late is normal.

3. These rapid changes will make boys and girls have mental health problems such as confusion, inferiority, anxiety and even bad behavior. We should avoid these as much as possible.

4. Keep a distance of at least 80cm between boys and girls. Stay alone for less than 20 minutes.

After this study, in the future, I will pay more attention to my words and deeds and make myself a more beautiful girl!
