What is open education?
Open education: It is an open university which is based on computer network and satellite TV network, and uses various media such as text textbooks, audio-visual textbooks, multimedia courseware and online courses to carry out modern distance education for the whole country.

The difference between open education and adult education;

Open education is network distance education.

At present, only RTVU manages online education as open education, and the other 67 universities are called online education.

The biggest difference between the two is that there is no unified entrance examination for online education. Individual schools apply for high school entrance at the starting point of junior high school graduates and conduct high school basic culture tests.

Adult education must participate in the national adult college entrance examination.

The problem with open education now is

1. Excessive expansion, quality is difficult to guarantee.

2. Not as well known to the society as adult education and self-taught exams.
