Leading the growth of teachers is the key to improve the quality of kindergarten education. Principals should actively protect teachers' legitimate rights and interests, respect teachers' professional autonomy and provide a strong guarantee for teachers' physical and mental health. The development of teachers is not only the improvement of teaching skills, but also the psychological growth.
