When I was a child, under the guidance of my father, I gradually became interested in mathematics. At that time, my math scores were always better than other subjects. I like this magazine very much. Its name was inscribed by the great mathematician Hua. The contents in it are carefully written by famous people, and I have benefited a lot from reading it. Among them, Ren Yong's articles left a deep impression on me and promoted my math study. 1995 college entrance examination I applied for the mathematics department of Shaanxi Normal University for the first time, and my teacher's dream came true. In Normal University, my teacher Professor Luo Zengru had the greatest influence on me. After graduating from college, Mr. Luo worked as a miner in Yaoxian Cement Factory for 8 years, and later worked as a teacher in children's school for 8 years, and was transferred back to Normal University from 65438 to 0985. I have been a teacher for many years, read a lot of books, did countless math problems, wrote several short articles and published several short articles. However, I always feel that my education and teaching skills are not deep and I need to continue to work hard. So I studied hard and took the national unified examination for master of education in 2005. As I hoped, I passed the subject teaching (mathematics) major of my alma mater. With seven years of teaching experience and confusion about the new curriculum, I started a new way of learning.

The growth of teachers is inseparable from learning. In addition to formal learning, such as normal education, continuing education and various advanced studies, we should also seize various learning opportunities, study anytime and anywhere, and be a conscientious person in learning. Over the years, I have been pursuing a new realm of learning.
Learn from peers. Over the years, I have been actively learning from old teachers and asking for advice with an open mind. The guidance of Ma Zichang, Wang Yunlong, Chen Xiaoyi, Quan Jinxia and other old teachers is still vivid. Actively learn from young teachers, learn from each other's strengths, improve teaching methods, and constantly improve their own quality and teaching level. Every time you read it, you get new gains and experiences. Read the Great Teaching Theory by Comenius, a great educator, and experience the art of "giving everything to mankind". Read the English educator Locke's Random Talk on Education and feel the charm of education. Reading educator Tao Xingzhi's educational works, I feel the noble words and deeds of "holding a heart without half a blade of grass". After reading the Art and Research of Mathematics Teaching in Middle School by Ren Yong, a special teacher, I know that the art of education lies in innovation. Since I joined the work, I have bought a lot of educational and teaching books to study. Improve your teaching, scientific research and scientific research level when you are hungry.
