Standard of teachers' professional basic ability
The competence standard consists of five documents, which respectively stipulate the basic professional competence of normal students majoring in secondary education, primary education, preschool education, secondary vocational education and special education. Each document is divided into four parts and puts forward four abilities, namely, the ability to practice teachers' morality, the ability to practice teaching, the ability to educate people in an all-round way and the ability to develop independently.

Practical ability of teachers' morality

The first part is the practical ability of teachers' morality, including observing the norms of teachers' morality, cultivating educational feelings, emphasizing the unity of knowledge and practice, guiding normal students to implement the party's educational policy from the aspects of knowledge, emotion, will and action, and striving to become "four haves" good teachers.

Teaching practice ability

Comprehensive educational ability

The third part is the comprehensive education ability, which emphasizes the essential requirements of "educating people-oriented" education from the aspects of class guidance, implementing curriculum education and organizing activities to educate people, and implements the fundamental task of educating people with moral education.
