The enthusiasm of learning, cultivate interest in learning mathematics and stimulate students' thinking. In teaching, every teacher can pay close attention to the quality of teaching, attach importance to the work of poor students, and make use of the after-school market to give individual counseling to poor students, with obvious results. Most teachers in the school can cultivate their enterprising spirit and often make up for students in their spare time for free. Insist on developing strengths and making up for weaknesses in classroom teaching. Students' academic performance has been greatly improved.

Over the past semester, with the efforts and hard work of all the teachers in the math group, we have made some achievements, but there are still some shortcomings, such as: teachers' educational concept has not completely changed, the new curriculum concept is still unclear, and even some teachers are still skeptical and wait-and-see about the effect and success of this round of new curriculum reform.
