According to the Opinions on Further Reducing the Students' Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden in the Compulsory Education Stage issued by the General Offices of the General Office of the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council in July, 20021,and the relevant implementation rules, regulations and methods promulgated by the competent authorities, the excellent education plan will terminate the discipline training service business in the compulsory education stage from June, 2022.

Excellence Education predicts that the termination of business will have a significant adverse impact on its earnings in FY 2022. In fiscal year 2020 and the first half of 20021,the income from providing compulsory education and training services accounted for about 80% of its total income in fiscal year 2020 and the first half of 20021.
