Permanent residence registration policy
For those who give birth outside the policy or out of wedlock, as long as they provide birth certificates, parents' household registration books, marriage certificates or explanations of out-of-wedlock births, they can register permanent residence in accordance with the voluntary policy.
Proof of paternity test
If you apply to settle down with your father and have no household registration, it should be noted that in addition to providing birth certificate, parents' household registration book, marriage certificate and explanation of unmarried birth, you also need to provide paternity test certificate from a qualified appraisal institution.
Prepare relevant materials
To apply for permanent residence, you need to prepare household registration book, housing certificate, family planning service certificate, children's vaccination certificate, birth certificate or household registration book, parents' temporary residence permit, housing certificate, family planning certificate and other related materials. Remember to bring all the materials and accept a copy of the original. Only the original family planning certificate is accepted.
