Shaanxi National Defense Industry Vocational and Technical College, founded in 1958, is a full-time ordinary institution of higher learning organized by Shaanxi Provincial People's Government, and is one of the 44 institutions for the construction of national defense science, technology and industry supporting projects during the First Five-Year Plan period.
