What laws are there about minors?
Legal analysis: China's constitution, criminal law, civil code, compulsory education law and many other laws and regulations have clear provisions on the protection of minors. In addition, China has also enacted two special laws, the Law on the Protection of Minors in People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency in People's Republic of China (PRC), which clearly define the legal responsibilities for the protection of minors from four aspects: family, school, society and justice.

Legal basis: Article 3 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Minors guarantees the rights of minors such as survival, development, protection and participation. Minors enjoy all rights equally according to law, and are not discriminated against because of nationality, race, sex, household registration, occupation, religious belief, education level, family status and physical and mental health.

People's Republic of China (PRC) Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency Article 1 This Law is formulated for the purpose of protecting the physical and mental health of minors, cultivating their good conduct and effectively preventing juvenile delinquency.

People's Republic of China (PRC) Compulsory Education Law Article 1 This law is formulated in accordance with the Constitution and the Education Law in order to guarantee the right of school-age children and adolescents to receive compulsory education, ensure the implementation of compulsory education and improve the quality of the whole nation.
