First week

In the first week of internship, the main task is probation, mainly lectures. The feeling of attending class now is different from before: the main purpose of attending class in the past was to learn knowledge, but now the purpose of attending class is to learn teaching methods, and the attention points in class are completely different. Now more attention is paid to observing how teachers teach, how to control the classroom and how to control the teaching time.

During the period, I also try to listen to other teachers' classes, make a good record of lectures, and learn more about the teaching methods and experiences of teachers of different majors. Communicate with teammates after class and listen to what knowledge you have learned from your predecessors' lessons. For example, different teaching methods are adopted for different students to teach students in accordance with their aptitude.

For students with good grades in the class, try to give them some thinking questions, let them think positively, develop problem-solving ideas and improve their problem-solving ability. For poor students, don't be discouraged, always find their bright spots in time, use their spare time to help them patiently, take pains to teach, encourage students to ask if they don't understand, correct their learning attitude and strive to improve their academic performance.

The evaluation of students' learning not only pays attention to students' understanding and mastery of knowledge and skills, but also pays attention to the formation and development of students' emotions and attitudes; We should not only pay attention to the results of students' mathematics learning, but also pay attention to their changes and development in the learning process; In teaching, we should consult more experienced teachers, learn from their excellent teaching experience, learn from each other's strong points and strive to improve our professional level.

Second week

As soon as I entered the role as soon as possible, the tutor let me have my first formal class and appreciation class. My experience is the first time I feel that I am fooling around in class. Fortunately, I am prepared, but there is a big gap between ideal and reality. I carefully prepared the teaching courseware and failed to send it to the stage. Without a computer, I was blinded at once, but fortunately, the students were very excited and cooperative when they saw the new teacher in class.

The classroom atmosphere is still relatively relaxed, and I am a little scared on the podium. After class, the teacher made a general evaluation of my lecture, without too much criticism, for fear of hurting my ambition, saying that as long as I took the first step, the rest of the road would be easy, and then my teammates told me some of their thoughts and feelings. I went back to rewrite the lesson plan, prepare lessons repeatedly, and try to explore new teaching methods to cope with the next classroom teaching.

Start from bit by bit, understand the students' cognitive level, find information, prepare lessons carefully, and strive to create a relaxed and happy learning atmosphere, stimulate interest and teach students knowledge. Therefore, I have to prepare teaching plans before each class, consider all kinds of details that will appear in the class, and try my best to play well in the lecture.

At first, the voice was not loud enough, and the students behind me sounded hard. I immediately adjusted it, but I didn't do enough in speed and intonation, lacking the feeling of cadence. Slowly, the teacher also gave me some advice. The teacher affirmed my progress and talked about my good interaction with students, which reached the climax of the classroom atmosphere.
