The education industry welcomes good results.
In the face of favorable policies, A-share education sector ushered in a wave of growth, which also opened another development space for depressed listed companies in education.
The Opinions on Further Reducing Students' Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden in Compulsory Education, that is, the "double reduction" policy, stopped the discipline training of social training institutions, and made it clear that all discipline training institutions were not allowed to go public for financing, and capitalization operation was strictly prohibited. This has drawn a "forbidden zone" for educational listed companies that focus on subject training business.
"Educational listed companies were mainly laid out in the field of K 12 education. With the gradual implementation of the' double reduction' policy, a large number of institutions are facing the test of either withdrawing or transforming. " Zheng Lei, chief economist of Baoxin Finance, said that vocational education will be a good transformation direction for these educational listed companies. From the perspective of supply and demand structure, it will be the general trend to develop comprehensive quality education, scientific knowledge popularization education, vocational education and vocational retraining education. Educational listed companies should seize this precious opportunity and seize the time to complete the transformation.
In recent years, China has continuously promoted the development and construction of vocational education, but there is still a big gap between vocational education in China and the overall needs of society. "Developing vocational education is an important part of the education system reform. At the same time, economic transformation also needs more middle and senior professional and technical personnel. Vigorously developing vocational education is not only a problem of educational system reform, but also an objective requirement of economic development for quite some time to come. " Zheng Lei said.
Holding vocational education has many advantages.
Insiders pointed out that the development of vocational education not only needs the promotion of educational enterprises, but also the listed companies and leading enterprises in non-educational industries should participate as soon as possible, which will also be the key to the formation of the ecological environment of vocational education.
"Listed companies have multiple advantages in participating in vocational education, which can not only cultivate skilled talents, but also achieve precise employment, which can be described as multiple goals." Zheng Lei said that listed companies have relatively strong financial resources, and there are a large number of talents in the professional field as teachers, which makes the training of talents in the industry more professional and more efficient. This is an advantage that ordinary vocational colleges do not have when running schools alone. At the same time, these enterprises have a great demand for professionals. Holding vocational education can not only meet its own needs, but also expand the scale of vocational education in China in a short time, enrich the scope and level of vocational education, and provide urgently needed and applicable talents for the real economy.
Zheng Yali, dean of Zhejiang University of Finance, believes that encouraging listed companies and leading enterprises in the industry to hold vocational education has multiple meanings. First of all, it helps to form a diversified pattern of vocational education. Holding vocational education by enterprises is an inherent requirement to optimize the main body of running vocational education, stimulate the motivation of enterprises to participate and enrich the forms of running vocational schools; Second, it helps to deepen the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation. Encouraging enterprises to hold vocational education can solve the existing problem of school-enterprise cooperation from the institutional mechanism and alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of technical and skilled talents; Third, it is helpful to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled personnel. The cultivation of technical and technical talents is inseparable from the participation of industry enterprises. Whether it is the formulation of professional settings, the formulation of professional teaching standards, or the formulation of professional training programs and curriculum construction, high-quality enterprises need to participate. In this way, vocational colleges can better adapt to the development of posts and services by cultivating technical and skilled talents.
Shortboards need to be broken.
China attaches great importance to the participation of industrial enterprises in vocational education. In terms of policies and systems, in recent years, a number of documents have been issued, such as Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Deepening the Integration of Production and Education, and Implementation Plan of the National Pilot Integration of Production and Education, which have deepened the integration of production and education and promoted the participation of industry enterprises in vocational education. However, it is undeniable that there are still some shortcomings in enterprises' participation in vocational education, and the actual effect is not obvious.
"Although listed companies and leading enterprises in the industry have advantages in scale and technology and have carried out some practices in participating in vocational education, they still face some difficulties and challenges." Zheng Yali pointed out that on the one hand, enterprises have insufficient motivation to participate in running schools. The business purpose of enterprises is usually profit, while vocational colleges are mainly non-profit organizations, which leads to insufficient motivation for enterprises to participate in running schools; On the other hand, relevant supporting policies need to be improved. Although the state has formulated and promulgated a policy system to support and promote vocational education in industrial enterprises, it has not been implemented in specific policy practice and lacks operational laws and regulations.
