I. Time

Third, the conditions for applying for a permit.

1. Candidates' examination record should be Longnan City (the admission ticket number starts with "26").

2. Candidates can apply for graduation certificate only after they have completed all the courses specified in the professional examination plan (including practical link assessment, undergraduate graduation design or graduation thesis) and obtained qualified results.

3. Candidates who apply for undergraduate graduation must apply for the graduation certificate with the Electronic Registration Form for Pre-qualification (junior college or above) printed by China Higher Education Student Information Network (website:, referred to as "Xuexin.com"), and the certificate should be valid for at least 30 days.

4. Graduation certificate, candidates must bring valid certificates and related materials, and do not act as agents. Candidates' graduation application forms are proofread and signed by candidates. If the candidate confirms that the information is incorrect, the consequences will be borne by the candidate himself.

Four. Materials submitted by candidates

1. All course certificates and graduation examination results (including practical examination results);

2. The original and two copies of the second-generation ID card (my signature);

3. Candidates who apply for the undergraduate diploma must submit the original and two copies of the junior college diploma (signed by me), and two copies of the prequalification certificate report or the electronic registration filing form of the academic certificate of the Ministry of Education (signed by me);

4. My recent electronic bareheaded color photos. Photos should be collected according to the requirements of Gansu Education Examinations Institute. The specification is 480 pixels wide * 640 pixels high, with a resolution of 300dpi and 24-bit true color. In line with JPEG standard, the compression quality factor is not less than 60, and the compressed file size is generally 20KB to 40KB. The file extension should be JPG. The portrait is horizontally centered and symmetrical in the rectangular frame of the image. The hairline on the top of the head is 50 pixels away from the upper edge to 1 10 pixels; The position of the eyes is 200 to 300 pixels away from the upper edge; Face width (between cheeks) 180 pixels to 300 pixels. 5. If a certificate is used instead of a self-taught qualified course, a copy of the certificate and a printout of the certificate of China Education Examination Network (my signature) shall be provided. Candidates who hold the red certificate must go to the city (state) education examination enrollment institution where the qualified course papers are stored to apply for the graduation certificate.

1. Candidates applying for the diploma should strictly follow the local epidemic prevention and control policies, do a good job in personal protection, and arrange their trips reasonably. You must make an appointment with our office (Tel: 0939-82 1 1280) one day before you come to apply for the permit.

2. Candidates who come to the site to apply for a certificate must wear a mask, actively cooperate with body temperature monitoring, check the health code and travel card, and provide a negative certificate (report) for 48 hours of nucleic acid testing.

3. Candidates must apply for the graduation certificate within the specified time, and will not be accepted after the deadline, and may not apply for graduation in different places.

4. The graduation materials submitted by candidates must be true and valid. Anyone who practices fraud shall be dealt with according to the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations (Decree No.33 of the Ministry of Education).

5. Longnan candidates who have passed the final examination of graduation shall be issued a graduation certificate and a postgraduate approval registration form by Longnan Admissions Examination Office.
