College English test is a large-scale standardized test, and its design must meet the quality requirements of educational measurement theory. It is a "norm reference test with standard correlation".
As a national teaching test, CET-4 and CET-6 are organized by the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC) and held twice a year. From June 5438+ 10, 2005, the full score of the report was 7 10, and all the candidates whose test scores were above 220 were entrusted by the National College English Test Committee of the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC).
Since June, 2005, the scores of CET-4 and CET-6 have adopted a scoring system with full marks of 765,438+00, and there is no passing line. The way to report the results is changed from the certificate of passing the exam to the report card, that is, the report card is issued to each candidate after the exam.
