Three, enrollment object, proportion and method

Small classes in public kindergartens recruit school-age children who have reached the age of 3 (born from September 20 16 to August 20 17), qualified holders of Huadu District Talent Green Card (hereinafter referred to as "Flower Card") (see remarks) and frontline medical and health workers who are fighting the epidemic (see remarks).
(2) Enrolment rate
The enrollment ratio of public kindergartens in Huadu District for social computer allocation is 90% of the enrollment degree of kindergartens in that year. Kindergartens participating in computer allocation are divided into two types: community supporting public kindergartens and non-community supporting public kindergartens.
(3) Enrollment methods
1. Community support for public kindergartens

(2) Yuanxuan Kindergarten in Huadu District: The park was donated by Yuanxuan College, and 90% of the enrollment places in Yuanxuan Kindergarten were allocated to social computers on the basis of giving priority to eligible school-age children of Yuen Yuen Taoist employees (no more than 5).
(3) Other non-community supporting public kindergartens: 90% of the enrollment places are allocated to social computers.
The remaining degrees allocated to social computer enrollment by public kindergartens in all districts shall be arranged by the enrollment leading group.

Eligible children's legal guardians (8: 30 am-11:30 am and 2: 30 pm-5: 30 pm) shall register in the supporting public kindergartens in the community with their household registration book (children's household registration must be changed before May 7), legal guardians' second-generation ID card, children's birth certificate, vaccination certificate and real estate license. All materials shall be verified by the original and submitted with copies.
(2) On May 9th-1 1, the supporting public kindergartens in the community will review and determine the list of school-age children that the owners and "Flower Card" holders of the registered residential area intend to give priority to, and publicize the list on the bulletin board and website of the kindergarten.
(3) On May 9th-1 1, the supporting public kindergartens in the community log on to Huadu Young Recruitment Service Platform, and fill in the names and ID numbers of school-age children of registered community owners and "Huapai" owners who have entered the park.
(4) On May 1 1, the supporting public kindergartens in the community filled in the computer allocation enrollment plan online and filled in the enrollment information of the kindergartens.
(5) At 8: 00 on May 13-16, 90% of the remaining places will be taken over by school-age children in this district, eligible holders of "flower cards", frontline medical and health personnel fighting the epidemic, non-registered community owners and other non-registered population in Guangzhou (refer to the policy care in the compulsory education stage in Guangzhou).
2. Measures for the registration of non-residential supporting public kindergartens.

(4) For families without access to the Internet, parents or their legal guardians can apply to the kindergarten for registration, and the kindergarten will provide online registration services.
(5) School-age children who meet the registration requirements to participate in computer allocation in public parks in our district can only fill in 1 district public kindergartens. Those who are found to have filled in more than one school will be disqualified from participating in computer allocation. The name information provided shall not be modified within the time limit.

2.
