(2) Violation of integrity discipline

(3) Violation of organizational discipline

Our county will fully implement the open recruitment system of public institutions, conscientiously implement the relevant recruitment regulations of provinces and cities, strictly implement the recruitment examination and approval and filing system, adhere to the principle of "all who enter must take the exam", strictly control the entrance, and refuse to go through any formalities for open recruitment without filing with superiors, and seriously investigate the responsibility of illegal recruitment of relevant personnel.

(four) in the management of cadres, strictly implement the relevant provisions. We will improve the supervision mechanism for selecting and employing people, standardize the management of cadres according to their authority, improve the standardization and scientific level of the work of ministries and agencies, and conduct democratic evaluation of cadres under investigation in strict accordance with the Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Cadres and the relevant provisions of provinces and cities in the future.

Solidly carry out the special audit of cadres' personnel files in the county, scientifically allocate full-time file managers, strengthen the daily management of files, promote the construction of digital files, and ensure the authenticity and integrity of file information.

Further tighten the disciplinary review procedure and improve the system from five aspects: clue disposal, initial nuclear understanding, filing investigation, case trial and transfer of law-related cases; Strengthen the anti-coordination work, adjust and enrich the anti-coordination group, and revise and improve the working mechanism of coordination and deliberation; Implement the responsibility system for package cases, regularly schedule research on key difficult cases, quickly check and settle them, and strictly investigate and deal with them.
