Because there are many unknown factors in the "five innovations" operation, people know little about the risk factors of "five innovations", lack operational knowledge and are prone to accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the safety education and management of operators and related personnel. In order to do a good job in "five innovations" safety education, professionals and safety engineers and technicians should conduct risk assessment and safety system analysis in advance before applying "five innovations". Generally, the following steps can be taken:
(1) Determine the hazards and risk factors in the production process and collect relevant data;
(2) Determine the main dangerous and harmful units in the production process, and investigate and analyze the labor protection status of some similar units;
(3) Risk assessment of main unit devices with high risk of fire and explosion in production;
(4) evaluate the unit toxicity of the main unit devices with great poisoning hazards in the production process;
(5) Put forward the evaluation conclusions and countermeasures of labor protection.
