On the surface, counterpart support is a one-way benefit from the supporter to the recipient, but from the implicit point of view and the actual results, it is a two-way benefit with different aspects and degrees. We should proceed from reality and actively build a win-win mechanism for counterpart support. The aided universities are located in the west and have resource advantages. Many scientific research projects supporting colleges and universities are related to the development and utilization of resources. Both sides can use resources together to build a research platform.
