If an international student finds that his or her school is not on the list approved by the Ministry of Education, nor has it been approved by the competent education department or evaluated/certified by a professional institution approved by the host government, his or her application for foreign academic qualification certification will not be accepted by the detention center.
2. Conduct foreign academic certification.
Foreign degree certification is a foreign degree certification for returned overseas students in order to implement the national policy of "supporting studying abroad, encouraging returning home and coming and going freely" and meet the needs of overseas students and other overseas and foreign degree winners for further study, employment and application for research funds in China.
3. Log in to the overseas study supervision network for inquiry.
The Ministry of Education has published the list of institutions in 49 countries through the Education Supervision Information Network (20 17 17), which means that the foreign institutions on this list are all institutions under the framework of the mutual recognition agreement between China and foreign governments, and they are all recognized by the two governments. These schools can also be found on the overseas education supervision website, and schools that are not on the list are not recognized.

1. Studying abroad at one's own expense is not limited by academic qualifications and age. Anyone who has the conditions can apply to go abroad to study at a university (junior college, undergraduate course), graduate or pursue further studies at his own expense. High school graduates and self-funded college students who apply for studying abroad at their own expense can go through the formalities of studying abroad at their own expense with relevant supporting materials directly to the public security organ where their household registration is located.
Students and graduates (with college education or above) who have served in China for a certain number of years or paid compensation for higher education at public expense may apply for studying abroad at their own expense.
Length of service: five years for undergraduate graduates, three years for graduate students, and two years for junior college and adult college graduates; Reimbursement of training fee: junior college students 1500 yuan, undergraduate students' 2,500 yuan per year, master students' 4,000 yuan per year and doctoral students' 6,000 yuan per year) There is no higher education training fee for doctoral students who go abroad for postdoctoral research at their own expense.
