At present, there are 39 majors in our college, covering six disciplines: pedagogy, literature, science, engineering, management and economics. Among them, there are 6 undergraduate majors, 3 provincial-level key majors, national-level excellent courses 1 door and 4 provincial-level excellent courses, forming three dominant disciplines: pedagogy, literature and science.

Department of literature and history

The department of literature and history has three majors: Chinese language and literature (undergraduate), Chinese education (junior college) and secretarial (junior college).

Foreign language department major

The Department of Foreign Languages has four majors: English (undergraduate, normal), English education (junior college, normal), business English (junior college, non-normal) and applied English (junior college, non-normal).

Information technology major

The Department of Information Technology has six majors, including computer education, modern education technology, computer application technology, computer network technology, communication technology and electronic information engineering technology, among which computer education is the key major in Hunan Province.
