Hunan Yucai Institute of Technology was founded in 1992, which was formed by the merger of Hunan Xiaoxiang College of Arts and Sciences and Yongzhou Yucai Institute of Technology. Approved by the Hunan Provincial Department of Education, it is a full-time comprehensive college integrating academic education and senior technician training.
