How to Infiltrate Mental Health Education in Junior Middle School Chinese Teaching

In view of the main manifestations of junior high school students' psychological obstacles, mental health education is organically infiltrated into Chinese teaching through four forms: 1, to tap the truth, goodness and beauty in teaching materials and guide students' development direction; 2. Taking composition teaching as the breakthrough point to relieve students' depression; 3. Educate students on mental health through Chinese practice; 4. Respecting and appreciating students' dominant position can stimulate their self-confidence and curiosity and form a good self-evaluation psychology. Only in this way can we cultivate students' healthy psychology and achieve the purpose of strengthening students' mental health education.

Junior high school is a period of sharp changes in students' body and mind, a "turning point" in students' growth and a "difficult period" in education. Middle school students who are in the transition stage from adolescence to adolescence, because of single and one-sided mindset, are prone to cause bad psychological reactions due to unexpected events in life, setbacks in the learning process and unfavorable factors in interpersonal communication, which is not only harmful to health, but also affects normal study life. Therefore, as Chinese teachers, we should take mental health education for students as a new task of Chinese subject. First, several main manifestations of junior high school students' psychological obstacles Because most of the students are only children now, they lack the exercise of independent living ability and the cultivation of tough will, so the spirit of hard work, unity and cooperation and the ability to bear setbacks are also poor. Faced with the increasingly fierce competition for further studies, complicated social phenomena, and confusion and agitation caused by physiological changes in adolescence, many students have different degrees of mental illness, mainly as follows:

1, lacking the ability to distinguish right from wrong. For example, students who can't answer questions are treated with laughter; When praising someone and calling for learning from him, some people disdain it; Students with poor discipline will affect students who are studying, and the affected people will not stop them.

2, rebellious psychology. They don't want to listen to the opinions of their parents, teachers or other adults, and they sing against adults everywhere in their lives and studies.

3. Lack of gratitude. Take for granted what parents and teachers do for them, and let them write a composition about affection. A student said that his parents are kind to him now because he has to support the elderly when he is old.

4, extreme thinking, easy to walk into a dead end, often trapped in the quagmire of thought. A boy refused to study because of his long-cherished girl, and his grades plummeted. Just talk to him for a few days, and then continue to be depressed and willful. These are all mental health problems. A survey shows that there are generally three factors that affect students' academic performance, namely, learning mentality, learning methods and IQ value, among which mentality is the dominant factor. Therefore, teachers should attach importance to students' mental health education. 2. How to Infiltrate Mental Health Education in Chinese Teaching As we all know, Chinese learning has the characteristics of instrumentality, ideology, artistry and sociality, which have a special position in the formation of students' good psychological quality. In the process of Chinese teaching, teachers should treat students as developing people, fully respect their individuality and personality, strive to make them gain relaxed, novel and pleasant psychological experience, promote the consolidation and development of this psychological trend, and thus improve students' ability and skills to understand the unknown world.

1. Excavate the truth, goodness and beauty in textbooks and guide students' development. Most Chinese textbooks contain the theme of loving the motherland and life, and most of them praise the truth, goodness and beauty, and lash the false, evil and ugly. Therefore, it is a good way to carry out mental health education for students to dig deep into the themes and ideas of textbooks. China's textbooks show the beauty of the world. The Three Gorges describes the beauty of mountains and rivers. Longzhong shows the beauty of history; Suzhou gardens introduce the beauty of art. Most Chinese textbooks contain the theme of loving the motherland, respecting posts and loving the cause. Learn Ai Qing's I Love This Land, so that students can understand the poet's deep love for the motherland and establish the lofty ideal of serving the motherland. By studying Liang Qichao's "Dedication and Happiness", students can reflect on their learning spirit and attitude towards life, and compare with the life truth of "Dedication and Happiness" put forward by the author, so as to have a deeper understanding of their own life value. Chinese teaching should shoulder the mission of cultivating will. For example, in Song Lian's "Preface to seeing Ma Sheng off in Dongyang", the author describes the hardships of studying in his youth. Despite the difficult conditions, he finally achieved something by single-mindedness In the teaching process, teachers should give more guidance to students, so that students can understand that diligence and hardship are two interrelated aspects. Without subjective initiative and strong self-motivation, it is impossible for a person to overcome difficulties and succeed. Compared with Song Lian's hard study conditions when he was young, students can better understand the degree of willpower in the learning process, stimulate their feelings of striving for progress, and thus have a good psychological effect. Of course, in textbooks, students will also be exposed to negative content that exposes ugly things, such as the selfishness and greed of the Phillips family in Mo Bosang's My Uncle Yule; Shylock's insidious ferocity in Shakespeare's The Merchant of Venice: Chekhov's Chameleon, Ralph's have it both ways, etc. When we analyze, we guide the analysis and identification from the perspective of students' psychological quality, which causes students' psychological disgust and hatred and leaves a deep impression on them. At the same time, it can correct students' unhealthy mentality and improve their psychological quality. However, Chinese teaching is different from mental health education after all. Chinese textbooks run through Chinese knowledge, and the content of psychological education is only sporadically hidden in specific texts, which requires us to carefully explore the psychological health factors in textbooks. We should also pay attention to: "Accurately grasp the emotional basis and substantive content of the textbook, accurately grasp the changes of students' mentality, pay special attention to students' expectation psychology and satisfaction psychology, put themselves in the students' shoes, infect them with true feelings, see the world with students' eyes, and accurately meet their psychological needs." 2. Take composition teaching as the breakthrough point to guide students' depression. As the saying goes, "what you say must be done", students' compositions often show the track of their psychological activities. Guiding students to complain about problems in their thoughts and studies and express their inner feelings to the fullest will help to restrain negative psychological state, get rid of troubles as soon as possible and gradually form a healthy psychology. Through this "window" reflecting students' psychological activities, teachers can find problems in time and guide them. There is a male classmate who is spoiled at home. Even his shoelaces are tied by his mother at school every day. The student's ability to bear setbacks is also weak, and he is often depressed because of his unsatisfactory grades. Fortunately, he trusts me and often gives vent to his feelings in his composition. Between his lines, I found that he couldn't stand setbacks because he didn't clearly realize his own strength and overestimated himself. It is said that the greater the hope, the greater the disappointment. In view of this, I have talked with him many times, telling him the importance of recognizing his own strength and telling others not to value himself too much, for he is the source of pain. After many heart-to-heart talks, he is much more cheerful than before and has a more objective understanding of his reality. In his later works, his attitude towards failure is no longer the same as before, but challenges difficulties, and sets sail, with deep pride everywhere. It can be seen that students' extreme thinking and one-sided views on problems are revealed through the voices they express in their compositions, such as friendship and discord between students due to misunderstanding and pessimism about setbacks in learning, which should be highly valued. You can comment on it as a bridge and communicate with students with a pen full of true feelings; Pay more attention to them from the details of life and do a good job in patient and meticulous ideological work. Teachers' timely teaching can moisten students' hearts like nectar, make them change their views on some issues, and thus re-establish their confidence in life and study.

3. Conduct mental health education for students through Chinese practice activities. Interest is the best teacher. It is a good way to stimulate students' interest in learning Chinese and teach Chinese practice class well. Teachers can make use of opportunities such as speeches, story meetings and recitation competitions five minutes before class to let students participate in oral training, and take this opportunity to praise and encourage students, so that students can gain respect for their personality. The research shows that "every student can express his knowledge and views in three-dimensional language communication, realize his spiritual value, and at the same time find the cultural information that best meets his psychological needs with the help of language communication, and form his new cultural structure." This kind of training can not only strengthen students' oral expression ability, but also cultivate students' cheerful and generous demeanor and enhance their self-confidence in interpersonal communication. At the same time, teachers should also link Chinese practice class with real life, let students open their hearts and put forward their own opinions, so that teachers and students can discuss together, so as to make the vision of teaching and learning broader and more comprehensive. "In the classroom teaching, properly connecting with practice and creating teaching situations can deepen the understanding of the contents of the teaching materials and stimulate students' interest in learning. "For example, in the comprehensive study of Money, a Common Topic, students can learn about the past, present and future of money through investigation and interview, access to information, collection of information and classroom communication results, and investigate and sort out the consumption situation of students in this class, so as to talk about personal consumption views. On the sensitive topic of money in teaching, the orientation should be clear. We should not only despise the despicable behavior of forgetting profit and righteousness, but also advocate the proper behavior of "a gentleman loves money and has a good way to get it" Grasping the scale and scale is very important for cultivating students' moral sentiment, aesthetic taste and establishing a correct value orientation. 4. Respecting and appreciating students' dominant position can stimulate their self-confidence and curiosity and form a good self-evaluation psychology. In the process of teaching, teachers' dominant position is easily recognized and established, while students' dominant position is often ignored and forgotten, which makes a large number of students in a passive position in the learning process. Respecting students' dominant position first requires teachers to have a tolerant attitude. Starting from the basic concept of equality of personality, students are not as tools containing knowledge, but as people with thoughts, individuality, independent consciousness and ability. To do this, teachers should lay down their authority and create a democratic and harmonious classroom atmosphere. Teachers can fully and reasonably arrange the exchanges and cooperation between groups and classes, so that students can establish a sense of participation and boldly show themselves in the process of discussion and debate. "Launching a heated classroom debate is not only a bilateral activity between teachers and students, but also to let students drive students, let students influence students and let students evaluate students." For example, after teaching Yu Gong to move mountains, I set a positive topic "Yu Gong should move mountains" and a negative topic "Yu Gong should move mountains" for students to debate in groups. In the debate, students have both arguments and refutations; It can not only justify itself, but also be tit for tat; We can't just rely on the text, but also contact extracurricular; It can not only clarify the theme, but also receive ideological education. When the bell rings, neither side can stop and enjoy themselves. Teachers can also give students more opportunities to perform, such as role-playing, let him act for this role, and hint at him: "You are not worse than others, you can do it!" " "So as to establish his self-confidence and let him have an objective evaluation of himself. As a qualified teacher, we should not be stingy in encouraging and praising students. Sometimes, even a word and a look can convey your affirmation of students. For students, it is just a psychological regulator that is more needed than knowledge. It can cure some autistic or cowardly psychological diseases of students and arouse their confidence in themselves. Only when students' subjective consciousness is awakened and strengthened can they be in the best learning state. The content of psychological quality education in Chinese teaching is extremely rich, and the above four aspects are just my humble opinions in teaching experience. Infiltrating mental health education in Chinese teaching is not only the need to develop people's personality, but also the function of Chinese teaching itself. Theory is gray, and the tree of practice is evergreen. May every educator become a pioneer in the field of education.
