Hebei Vocal Music Art College, referred to as "He Yi" for short, is the only public full-time comprehensive art college in Hebei Province, which was founded in 1955.

It is a spreading base of intangible cultural heritage in Hebei Province, a national non-genetic inheritor research and training institution, a leading unit of Hebei Art Vocational Education Group, and a quality school construction unit of Hebei Province (20 19-202 1) Innovation Action Plan. At present, there are seven major departments of music, dance, art, art education, drama, cultural management and film and television, with more than 5,000 students.

5,000 yuan/year for general majors, 6,000 yuan/year for fine arts and art design majors, and 7,000 yuan/year for music, dance, performing arts, radio, film and television majors. Accommodation fees are all in 500 yuan/year. If there is any adjustment, it shall be implemented according to the standards approved by the provincial price department. Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools shall be subject to the standards approved by the price department.

Hebei Art Vocational College is located in Qingyuan Street, Shijiazhuang City, with nearly 4,000 full-time students. The college holds art education in higher vocational and technical secondary schools, with majors such as drama, music, dance, art, art education, film and television, and media.

Cultural management and other professional departments and basic education department, social education department, technical secondary school and other teaching departments, music performance (vocal direction) is a provincial-level demonstration major in Hebei Province, and courses such as folk dance, vocal performance, landscape painting technology, teachers' dance skills, career development and employment guidance are provincial-level quality courses in Hebei Province.
