1. Adhere to the principles of openness, justice, fairness, honesty and credibility, and do not harm the interests of the state and the collective, and do not violate the rules and regulations of engineering construction management. Seriously and responsibly carry out supervision work;

2. Establish and improve a clean government system, carry out clean government education, set up a clean government bulletin board, supervise and severely investigate and deal with violations of laws and regulations;

3. Do not accept any other commercial entrustment, do not disclose the secrets of the project and the owner, faithfully perform their duties and be responsible to the owner. Don't be a supervisor and a contractor in the same project, don't disclose technical information, and don't accept any kickbacks, commissions or other indirect rewards. Do not accept the contractor's hospitality and gifts, do not introduce the construction team and migrant workers to subcontract or subcontract in this project, and do anything that harms the interests of the owner and affects justice;

4. When the judgment and suggestion that it thinks are correct are rejected by the owner, it shall explain the possible consequences to the owner;

5. When the owner's opinion or judgment is considered impossible to succeed, suggestions shall be made to the owner;

6. When it is proved that the supervisor's judgment is wrong, be brave enough to admit the mistake and correct it in time;

7. When the supervision work involves the legitimate interests of both the owner and the contractor, it should be handled realistically within the scope of authorization according to the contract.

5. Not registered and engaged in supervision activities in two or more supervision units at the same time, not working part-time in government departments and industries such as construction, production, material and equipment supply.

6. Contractors, building components, equipment, materials and construction methods shall not be designated for the supervised projects.

7. Do not accept any gift money from the supervised unit.

8. Do not disclose matters that all parties to the supervised project think need to be kept confidential.

9. Insist on working independently.
