Rehabilitation training for autistic children mainly includes interpersonal development intervention, applied behavior analysis, structured teaching method and sensory integration training.
1. Interpersonal relationship development intervention: emphasizing parents' "guided participation", often in the form of games. By triggering autistic children's motivation to use social skills, their acquired skills can be transferred in different situations, helping children develop their ability to share experiences with others, enjoy communication fun and establish long-term friendship.
2. Applied behavior analysis: it is one of the methods of behavior training. It takes the decomposition of objectives, reinforcement and assistance as the main forms of intervention. It decomposes objectives and tasks (that is, imparting knowledge, skills, behaviors, habits, etc. Decompose into a series of smaller or relatively independent steps in a certain way and order, and then use appropriate reinforcement methods to gradually train each small step in the order determined by task decomposition until the child masters all the steps.
3. Structured teaching method: also known as systematic teaching method, it refers to a teaching method that arranges learning environment, learning materials and learning procedures in an organized and systematic way according to children's learning characteristics, so that children can learn from them according to the designed structure.
4. Sensory integration training means that sensory stimulation information enters the brain and forms an efficient combination in the central nervous system, so that the brain can coordinate the body to respond appropriately to the outside world, achieve coordinated actions for various purposes, and promote the smooth progress of children's learning and movements. Its purpose is not to enhance motor skills, but to improve the way the brain processes sensory information and organizes and forms sensory information.
