The reform of efficient classroom teaching in our school is progressing in an orderly and steady way, and great achievements have been made in all the work. First, the leadership is concerned and the reform is progressing smoothly.
Efficient classroom teaching reform is a systematic project, which subverts the traditional classroom. Without the firm support of the leadership, the reform will be aborted. The leaders of our school went deep into the front line to investigate teachers, comprehensively laid out and carefully planned, and promoted various reforms in efficient classrooms in an orderly manner.

Second, the teacher's heart, the problem is constantly solved.
Teachers are the most active factor in school resources. Without a team of teachers who can overcome difficulties, efficient classroom teaching reform is impossible to succeed. Fortunately, Binhu School has a special team of teachers.
Nothing in the world is difficult for one who sets his mind to it. We have been calling for the construction of an efficient classroom for many years, but we can't say exactly how to build an efficient classroom. Learning is the best weapon to win. This summer vacation, the education department organized the teachers who made the tutorial plan to learn how to make the tutorial plan, and focused on discussing and determining the tutorial mode of all subjects in our school. On 26 and 27 August, teachers of UNESCO's curriculum reform grade conducted special training on efficient classroom. The video lecture "Classroom Revolution and Teaching Development" by President Wang Xingyi of Anhui Tongdu Bilingual School shocked the teachers' thoughts, and everyone shouted "Be a conscientious educator". In the eighth week, the first round of discussion was held in the grade of curriculum reform, and each teacher was required to take a new tutorial to participate in a discussion. The front and back doors of each classroom are wide open, so teachers can freely enter and leave the classroom and observe how students cooperate, rehearse, perform on stage and so on. Teachers in the evaluation group pay attention to the students who are ready for the class, rather than the masters of the traditional classroom, looking for problems, finding bright spots and dividing them into wonderful ones.
The teachers were driven off the stage and became behind-the-scenes directors. But after class, the teachers are busier. Prepare lessons regularly every day, exchange experiences, discuss the counseling plan for the next class, and discuss the problems that arise. ...
Third, students are happy and the classroom is getting better and better.
Students are the masters of efficient classes and the subjects of learning. Without the real participation of students, all classes can only be regarded as a show. Without students' happiness, efficient classroom will lose its proper meaning.
In the tenth week, UNESCO conducted a questionnaire survey of students in the grade of curriculum reform. 78.9% of the students think that "the class has become more exciting, and I like it very much". 85.3% of students think that "students explain, we remember better;" Teachers have a good grasp of counseling and guidance. " 78.9% of the students think that "after the implementation of efficient classroom mode, the line is making progress". 87.4% of the students "seriously think, compare and try to get the most exact answer after consideration" when they have different answers from others in the cooperation and exchange links and the exhibition links. Most teachers complain that "it is no longer popular for teachers to monopolize the podium". Teachers speak better than students. The teacher said that the students accepted it and dared not question it. Students said that listening to the exhibition is more about correcting mistakes and asking questions, but listening more carefully. The effect is completely different!
