28. Method for determining the ranking of general candidates. The ranking of candidates is determined according to the total scores of all candidates in the college entrance examination from high to low. When the total scores of candidates in the college entrance examination are the same, they are sorted according to the total scores of culture, Chinese mathematics, Chinese or mathematics, foreign language and elective subjects, all of which are the same in the same position.
29. Ordinary classes are admitted in advance. Military, public security, directional enrollment, trinity comprehensive evaluation enrollment, directional training of non-commissioned officers with special requirements such as political review, interview and physical examination, as well as recognized institutions such as School of International Relations, Foreign Affairs University, Beijing Institute of Electronic Technology, Chinese University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong, and navigation majors, are admitted in advance.

Candidates can fill in no more than 5 college volunteers, and each college volunteer can fill in no more than 6 professional volunteers and professional obedience volunteers. (2) admission. Undergraduate and junior college students are no longer enrolled in batches and in sections. At the time of admission, according to the principle of voluntary priority, the total score of the college entrance examination is ranked from high to low. The filing ratio shall not exceed 1: 1.2. When the total score of candidates is the same, they will file in the ranking order. Among them, if the senior administrative examination, interview and physical examination are required before the application, the list of candidates shall be provided in sections according to the above methods and the prescribed proportion, and the political examination, physical examination and interview shall be organized in a unified manner.
Colleges and universities (majors) admitted in advance can refer to the ordinary score line in Zhejiang Province and put forward the minimum cultural achievement requirements on the third score line.
Zhejiang Police College comprehensively evaluates the individual enrollment volunteers and completes the admission before the start of the general admission work. Candidates admitted by Zhejiang Police College will no longer participate in the follow-up admission of other institutions; Candidates who are not admitted to Zhejiang Police College will not affect their willingness to enroll in five colleges in advance.
30. Ordinary parallel admission. Implement segmented volunteering and segmented admission.

(2) Admission process. On the premise that the candidates meet the scope of the selected subjects, according to the total scores of the candidates in the college entrance examination, the professional parallel volunteer will be implemented and directly invested in the specific majors (classes) of the specific schools reported by the candidates. The filing ratio is 1: 1. If colleges and universities increase their plans before filing according to regulations, the number of people who file will be calculated according to the increased plans. Candidates with the same total score in the college entrance examination will file in the order of ranking and volunteering, and all the same candidates will file together.
3 1. Admission methods for arts and sports majors shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations. When enrolling students in stages, if all the plans have been completed after the first stage of enrollment, the second stage of volunteering will not be completed.
32. Fill in the report voluntarily. Online reporting is implemented. The portal website of Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute is the only website for reporting volunteers. The website is www.zjzs.net. Online volunteering does not require on-site confirmation.
(1) Candidates are required to participate in the voluntary reporting of corresponding time periods (batches) within the time specified by Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute. Candidates who fail to complete the voluntary reporting on time shall be deemed to have given up the qualification of this paragraph (batch) automatically.
(2) Candidates must carefully read the relevant college enrollment regulations when filling in their volunteers, and accurately understand the specific requirements such as the scope of selected subjects, single subject scores, and physical examinations. Enrollment majors, and make sure they meet the requirements. For majors with elective subjects, candidates' elective subjects must meet the requirements before they can fill in their volunteers.
Candidates who fill in the professional volunteers and Sino-foreign cooperation majors in independent colleges and private colleges should fully consider the financial affordability of their families.
(3) Ordinary classes are admitted in advance, and the first and second paragraphs of the art class and the first paragraph of the physical education class are filled in at the same time, and the filling time is from July 29 to July 30. The second paragraph of general class, the second paragraph of the second batch of art class and the second paragraph of sports class should be filled in at the same time, and the third paragraph of general class should be filled in separately. The enrollment of qualified candidates for special programs in colleges and universities, high-level art troupes and high-level sports teams will be conducted at the same time as the first paragraph of the general category, from July 29 to July 30; Candidates who have filled in their volunteers but have given up admission can only participate in the second paragraph of the general category and after admission.
(4) after the deadline for volunteering, it shall not be changed. Candidates must keep their password information well. The examinee shall bear the responsibility for the consequences caused by the disclosure of password information and the filling of voluntary errors. Examination enrollment institutions and middle schools at all levels should strengthen the policy interpretation and technical guidance for candidates to fill in their volunteers.

33. Admission began in early August, and computer remote online admission was implemented. Colleges and universities take long-distance admission from different places to carry out admission work. During the admission period, colleges and universities and Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute should ensure smooth communication between them.
34. Admission is subject to the admission system of "the college is responsible and the provincial education examinations institute supervises". On the premise that the candidates meet the scope of the selected subjects, Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute records the candidates' electronic files in colleges and universities according to the filing methods stipulated by Zhejiang Province and announced to the public, supervises the implementation of the national enrollment policy and enrollment plan in colleges and universities, and corrects the behaviors that violate the national enrollment policies and rules. Colleges and universities should accept students according to the admission rules in the admission regulations announced to the public, and be responsible for explaining the reasons for withdrawing from the school to the candidates who have been admitted but have not been admitted. Colleges and universities are not allowed to enroll students beyond the plan.
35. Professional parallel volunteer implements the A-round investment. Candidates only have one opportunity to file each time they fill in their volunteers. Once assigned to one of the volunteers, the other volunteers are invalid. If you are retired after filing, other volunteers can't file again.
Candidates who have been admitted are not allowed to participate in subsequent voluntary reporting and admission. Candidates who quit the file and those who did not file can participate in the follow-up voluntary reporting and admission.
36. Special candidates such as college special programs, high-level art troupes, and local special programs shall, in accordance with the relevant policies and regulations and the corresponding admission standards determined by the enrollment institutions, file separately on the last day of early admission of ordinary classes, and their minimum cultural requirements shall not be lower than the first fractional line of ordinary classes in principle. High-level sports teams should file before the professional parallel volunteer in the first paragraph of the general category, and their cultural achievements should not be lower than 65% of the scores in the second paragraph of the general category in principle.
37. When enrolling new students in colleges and universities, it is necessary to complete all aspects of work such as file shifting, file reading, auditing, admission and file withdrawal in accordance with the prescribed procedures and time to ensure the normal turnover of candidates' electronic files and the smooth progress of admission; For colleges and universities that are admitted late or not according to the regulations, Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute will admit them according to the documents of the Ministry of Education, and notify the relevant colleges and universities in writing, and report the relevant information to the Ministry of Education for the record.
38. Without the approval of the Ministry of Education, institutions of higher learning may not stipulate the enrollment ratio of male and female students, impose foreign language restrictions on candidates applying for non-foreign language and literature majors, or impose other restrictions other than those stipulated by state policies.
39. The admission of physically disabled candidates shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the state and Zhejiang Province on the admission of disabled candidates. Except those who suffer from infectious diseases, diseases that can't complete their studies and people who can't take care of themselves, colleges and universities may not refuse admission or impose professional restrictions on candidates and other students whose physical condition does not affect their reported professional studies and whose college entrance examination results meet the requirements.
40. Children of martyrs and veterans who have won Class II (inclusive) or been awarded honorary titles by units above the war zone (inclusive) during their service can add 20 points to file on the basis of the total score of their unified examination results, and the university will decide whether to admit them.
4 1. Candidates in any of the following circumstances can add 5 points to the total score of the unified examination, and the university will decide whether to admit them.
(1) Ethnic minority candidates in Jingning She Autonomous County, ethnic townships (towns) and ethnic villages in Zhejiang Province (subject to household registration);
(2) Returned overseas Chinese, children of returned overseas Chinese and candidates from Taiwan Province Province (including household registration in Taiwan Province Province);

42. According to the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Autonomy of Jingning She Autonomous County, Zhejiang Province, which was deliberated and adopted by the Standing Committee of Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress, non-minority candidates who have registered in Jingning She Autonomous County and completed their high school education in the local area can apply for colleges and universities affiliated to Zhejiang Province, and they can add 3 points to the total score of their unified examinations, and the colleges and universities will examine and decide whether to accept them.
43. Children of soldiers who have been awarded Class II merit in peacetime or Class III merit or above in wartime, children of disabled soldiers in Grade I to IV, children of soldiers who have sacrificed their lives in the line of duty, and children of soldiers who have worked in more than three hard and remote areas designated by the State and Xizang Autonomous Region and more than two islands designated by the PLA headquarters for a total of 20 years, Children of soldiers who have worked in more than four kinds of hard and remote areas determined by the state or in special islands designated by the PLA headquarters for a total of 10 years, children of aircrew who have been flying or grounded for less than 1 year or have reached the maximum flying life, children of soldiers who have worked in naval vessels for 20 years, and children of soldiers who have worked in aerospace and nuclear-related posts for a total of 15 years, who are eligible for the college entrance examination.
Children of deceased or disabled persons, candidates discharged from active service in the army, and disabled people's police who took part in the national unified examination shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations. The children of public security martyrs, public security heroes and public security policemen who died in the line of duty and were disabled in the line of duty of Grade 1 to Grade 4 shall participate in the national unified examination and admission, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Notice on Further Strengthening and Improving the Education Preferential Treatment for Children of Public Security Heroes and Disabled Public Security Policemen (Gong Zheng [2018] No.27).

Minority candidates in scattered areas are given priority in admission under the same conditions as Han candidates.
Those who have obtained 5A-level young volunteers will be given priority admission under the same conditions as other candidates after being recognized by the Central Youth Volunteers Joint Incentive System of the Communist Youth League.
44. Candidates who meet the conditions for extra points must apply for policy extra points when registering online, and provide relevant documents or materials required for extra points in time as required.
45. The qualification of extra candidates shall be subject to the centralized publicity system of the competent department of examination responsibility and the educational examination institutions. The administrative department of ethnic and religious affairs is responsible for the qualification examination of candidates with extra points for ethnic minorities, the administrative department of overseas Chinese affairs in Taiwan Province is responsible for the qualification examination of candidates with extra points for "three overseas Chinese and one Taiwan", and the administrative department of children of veterans and martyrs is responsible for the qualification examination of candidates with extra points.
Candidates who have passed the examination by the relevant competent departments of counties (cities, districts), cities and provinces and meet the conditions of extra points shall be publicized on the websites of the secondary schools (or units) where the candidates are located, the education administrative departments of districts and cities or the examination enrollment institutions, and concentrated on the portal website of Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute. Senior secondary education schools must also publicize candidates' classes according to relevant regulations. 46. When the number of students in minority undergraduate preparatory classes and minority classes is insufficient, they can be reduced to the third paragraph of ordinary classes, the junior college preparatory classes can be reduced by no more than 60 points, and the junior college minority classes can be reduced by no more than 40 points.
47. Colleges and universities shall report the list of candidates to be admitted (including unified examination, walking, individual examination enrollment, etc.). ) Go to Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute and supplement or adjust the corresponding plan. After being approved by Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute, a database of candidates for admission is formed, and the corresponding list of candidates for admission is printed accordingly, stamped with the special seal for admission of Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute, as the basis for candidates to be formally admitted to relevant universities, and put on record, and the list of candidates for admission is sent to relevant universities after each admission.
48. Colleges and universities should fill in the candidates' admission notice according to the enrollment list approved by Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute. After being signed by the principal and stamped with the official seal of the school, he is responsible for sending the candidates' admission notice, admission notice, funding policies and measures and other related materials directly to the admitted candidates.
49. Colleges and universities that enroll students separately should submit the admission materials and written reports to Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute before July 30 according to relevant requirements.
50. Students who have been admitted will no longer take the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities, and other colleges and universities will no longer accept them.
According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, the strong foundation plan of colleges and universities will be accepted before August 5, and the candidates' strong foundation plan will be based on the information reported in the registration system of each pilot university. Candidates who apply for the trinity comprehensive evaluation of enrollment of Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Zhejiang University and Chinese Academy of Sciences must log in to the "Zhejiang College Entrance Examination Information Management System" of Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute on June 27 to confirm the trinity comprehensive evaluation of high-level university enrollment volunteers online. Candidates should go through the formalities of moving into registered permanent residence with the admission notice, and go through the registration formalities according to the time and relevant requirements stipulated by the university. Candidates who can't report on time should submit a written application to colleges and universities, and the registration can be postponed after approval.
Candidates who fail to report within the time limit without the consent of colleges and universities are deemed to have given up their admission qualifications. Colleges and universities should submit the list of candidates who voluntarily give up their admission qualifications (including candidate numbers) to Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute within 20 days after the normal registration deadline stipulated by our school. It is strictly forbidden for colleges and universities to register for unregistered candidates.
52. After new students enter the school, colleges and universities should carefully review relevant information. Those who do not meet the requirements or resort to deceit shall be dealt with by colleges and universities according to relevant regulations and reported to Zhejiang Education Examinations Institute for the record.
53. The candidates' paper files are organized by the middle school (unit) where the candidates are located. Candidates' files are in duplicate, one of which is kept by the secondary school (unit) where the candidates are located, and the other is handed over to the candidates to take to the university by themselves according to regulations. Candidates are requested to take the college admission notice to my graduation middle school (unit) to extract my file and go through the relevant handover procedures.
54. Except for information that should be disclosed to the public according to regulations, no unit or individual may provide it to others or disclose it to the public without authorization, and illegal dissemination and sale are strictly prohibited.
55. The specific admission matters shall be implemented according to the Detailed Rules for the Admission of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in Zhejiang Province in 2020.
