Legal analysis: Public demand subjects refer to the popular science knowledge of policies, laws and regulations, basic theories, technologies and information that all professional and technical personnel must master. The subject of public demand is determined by the human resources and social security department of the autonomous region in conjunction with the relevant administrative departments and industry organizations, and the human resources and social security department at or above the county level is responsible for organizing the implementation.

First, training objectives

Professional and technical personnel such as enterprises, institutions, social organizations and individual economic organizations at all levels in the region need to declare the professional title of freelancer.

Second, the training items and class requirements

The contents of continuing education and training for professional and technical personnel are divided into two categories: public subjects and professional subjects. The total hours of each person's annual education and training examination are not less than 90 hours, of which professional subjects are not less than two-thirds of the total hours.

(1) The theme of public needs. Public subjects include basic knowledge such as laws and regulations, theoretical policies, professional ethics and technical information that professional and technical personnel should generally master, and are divided into compulsory courses and elective courses. Compulsory courses of public subjects are organized and implemented by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of the autonomous region, and the learning content is "New Opportunities for Guangxi's Development", of which 10 class hours are required for course study and 5 class hours for course examination, totaling 15 class hours. Elective courses of public subjects can be studied independently in Guangxi professional and technical personnel's continuing education information management system.
