Since 2000, he has worked as a violin teacher in the Conservatory of Music of Shandong University of Arts, and has been employed as a judge of various music competitions for many times. He was the head of the Youth Symphony Orchestra of our college. He has been rated as an "excellent teacher" of the college for many years, and his students have won many awards in national and provincial professional competitions. He has won many excellent tutor awards and trained a large number of viola and chamber music players. After graduation, they successively entered various national literary and art groups and colleges, and became the backbone of their business, active in the field of education and the art stage.

He has published more than ten professional papers in national and provincial journals and won many provincial excellent scientific research paper awards.

In 2009, he was invited to attend an international academic conference in Belgium (CHIME/ Qing) and gave a speech.

The Training and Performance of Violin Tremolo —— Qilu Art Garden No.3 in 2003 won the third prize of outstanding achievements in Shandong Province in 2005.

Several problems in the teaching and performance of string quartet —— Qilu Art Garden, No.81issue, No.2, 2004 —— won the second prize of outstanding achievements in Shandong culture and art science in 2005.

Sarasate's "Violin Art" won the third prize of outstanding achievements in Shandong culture, art and science in 2006 in the 86th issue of Qilu Art Garden in March 2005.

In June, 2006, the musical image and artistic style of Beethoven's violin sonata No.93 in Qilu Art Garden won the second prize of outstanding achievements in Shandong Culture and Arts Science in 2007. Shandong Art College and Shandong TV Station jointly held a new year concert solo "Butterfly Lovers".
