One of the most effective ways is to upgrade Hainan Foreign Languages Vocational College to Hainan Foreign Languages College, and then add the most urgently needed "Belt and Road" minority language in Hainan Province on the basis of its minority language major, and at the same time make the original foreign language teaching in the school bigger and stronger.
