The implementation date of the standards is shown as June 30th, 20 18, and the validity period is 5 years. Therefore, it can be used as the main reference for approval.

Strictly check off-campus training
After the general offices of the General Office of the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council officially issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Students' Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden in Compulsory Education (hereinafter referred to as the "Double Reduction Policy"), various localities successively forwarded and formulated the "Double Reduction" policy in their own regions, and conducted a thorough investigation of off-campus training institutions.
On July 23rd, Tianjin Municipal Education Commission issued 20021Special Governance Action Plan for Off-campus Training Institutions in Summer. 31From July 26th to August 30th, the whole city will further strengthen the governance of illegal behaviors of off-campus training institutions by means of district-level general survey and municipal-level spot check, focusing on contract signing, fee refund, teaching staff, safety management and epidemic prevention and control.
On August 6th, official website, Guiyang Education Bureau, Education Supervision Office of Guizhou Provincial People's Government and other eleven departments jointly issued the Special Governance Plan for Off-campus Training Institutions in Guizhou Province:
For off-campus training institutions that have not obtained the school license and business license, they should be ordered to stop running schools and properly dispose of them according to the law. For licensed and undocumented off-campus training institutions, they shall be ordered to carry out business within the scope of operation (business) and shall not hold cultural education and training for primary and secondary school students.
