According to the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education's Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan of "National Training Plan -20 10" and Reporting Relevant Information (Division [20 10] 15), we decided to organize the implementation of "National Training Plan-20/KLOC" after research. The implementation plan of the training project is as follows: (1) Training target: ordinary senior high school teachers and teaching and research staff who entered the new curriculum reform experiment in senior high school in 20 10, totaling about13,000 people.

(2) Training subjects: 65,438+03 subjects such as ideology and politics, Chinese, mathematics, English, physics, chemistry, biology, history, geography, music, fine arts, physical education and information technology.

(3) Training content: general situation of curriculum reform in ordinary senior high schools and introduction of curriculum scheme; This paper introduces the basic concept, structural framework and main contents of curriculum standards. Interpretation of the main contents of each subject; Training in teaching concepts, teaching designs and teaching methods; Instruct students to learn effectively; Guidance of teaching evaluation methods; How to develop and utilize curriculum resources; How to promote school-based teaching research and teachers' professional growth? The first stage: manager training. It will be completed before June 20th. Administrators at all levels will learn the administrator's work manual and related materials, understand the remote training process, clarify the responsibilities and work requirements of training administrators, establish a communication platform, and grasp the training trends in real time.

The second stage: training of trainers (including class teachers, tutors and technicians). From July 1 1 to July 27th, the trainers were trained by combining provincial centralized training with distance training. Training content: introduce the training process, trainer's job responsibilities, course content and course characteristics; Explain the methods and skills of organizing communication, discussion, counseling and answering questions, the management methods and technical operation procedures of teaching and educational affairs, the content and preparation of learning briefings, and the forms and methods of communication with course expert groups. Specific training matters will be notified separately.

The third stage: from July 28th to August 6th, organize teachers and teaching researchers in junior high schools to carry out distance training. Five hours a day, a total of 50 hours. Training methods

Organization mode: adopt class organization management. In principle, the county (city, district) as a unit to organize classes (online virtual classes), each class is not less than 30 people. For disciplines with a small number of teachers, classes are organized in cities (prefectures) across counties (cities, districts) according to the actual situation, and schools directly under cities (prefectures) organize classes in cities (prefectures). In principle, the class size shall not exceed 50 people, and each class shall have 1 head teacher and tutor. Counties (cities, districts) organize students to focus on training at designated training points according to disciplines. The training point should be equipped with several multimedia classrooms that meet the technical requirements of network training and a conference room that can access the remote video conference system. Teachers' participation in training can break the boundaries between schools, and teachers in the same subject should be placed in the same class. Each class should be relatively fixed with a multimedia classroom or a computing network classroom as a training point. Participants must go to the designated training point on time for centralized online learning and discussion and exchange.

Learning style: the combination of centralized learning and decentralized learning is adopted. According to the local actual situation, all localities make full use of the network platform to organize teachers to watch video courses, learn relevant materials, participate in case discussions, special discussions and online exchanges and interactions.

Counseling method: combining local discussion, online communication and expert counseling and answering questions. Local seminars are organized and directed by class teachers and tutors. Online communication Under the guidance of a group of subject course experts, students communicate and discuss topics online. Curriculum experts answer questions and provide counseling through the Internet for outstanding problems that students are generally concerned about in their study, discussion and communication.

For students who do not have online learning conditions, all localities should organize students to study at training points, which must provide necessary conditions such as video course playback, broadband online learning and centralized discussion. At the same time, provide necessary help for students with poor information technology operation ability to ensure that they can participate in online learning exchanges and seminars normally.

(2) Training process

Development and release of curriculum resources: a team of national discipline curriculum experts develops curriculum resources, makes curriculum CDs and publishes courses online. At the same time, the course CD will be distributed to counties (cities, districts), and the competent department of teacher training in counties (cities, districts) will be responsible for distributing the CD to all training points.

Student learning: students learn video courses online (or organize students to gather in training places), learn special lectures and other related resources, participate in online communication and interaction according to regulations, and complete homework. During the training period, students will study video courses for no less than 2 hours on average every day, and spend no less than 3 hours on-line learning, communication and discussion every day.

Discussion and exchange: according to the learning content of each unit and the questions raised by experts, the class teacher and tutor organize students to exchange and discuss. Tutors should sort out, feedback and comment on the questions raised by students in a timely manner, and timely summarize the outstanding and universal problems reflected in the discussion and feed them back to experts.

Homework Comments: The class teacher and tutor are responsible for urging the students in this class to finish their homework on time and review it. Curriculum expert groups of various disciplines will correct and comment on assignments according to a certain proportion, and select excellent assignments for students to exchange.

Learning briefing: the class teacher and tutor are responsible for summarizing the main points of students' learning discussion, focusing on outstanding problems, reporting learning trends, summarizing learning experiences and experiences, recommending excellent articles and generating class briefings. The course briefing edited by the course expert group of various disciplines is mainly to answer the key questions of students' study, recommend excellent articles and assignments, and guide and guide students' study.

Expert counseling and answering questions: the subject course expert group answers questions online for the students. In addition to using the course briefing and daily follow-up guidance to answer questions in time, we will also organize centralized online discussion or video answering questions about the common and typical problems encountered by students in this discipline.

Assessment and summary: Students should attend seminars and submit homework according to the training requirements. Students' learning files are established through the training platform to record students' online learning, online discussion and communication and homework completion, which provides a basis for comprehensive evaluation of students' training effect. According to the overall situation of the trainees' participation in the training, the class teacher and tutor evaluate the trainees' training achievements and report them to the education administrative department of the county (city, district) for assessment. Teachers who pass the examination will be recorded in the "Certificate of Continuing Education for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Guizhou Province" for 50 hours.
