In school, you learn all theoretical knowledge, but in kindergarten, it is a real practice and a real exercise for yourself.
To tell the truth, I didn't expect to arrive in the middle class just after my internship. Originally, I thought that internship should start from small classes and learn slowly, but for internship units, exercise is everywhere, which is an opportunity for interns, no matter where they are. As a result, I was lucky enough to be assigned to Class One of Middle School led by a business teacher. The teacher in Class One of Middle School is very warm and friendly to me. If I don't know anything, as long as I speak, they will give everything to each other and won't say anything reserved. I think I can grow up so fast because of their teaching.
When I first arrived in kindergarten, I was very gentle with my children. The child told me that the teacher can't drink so much water. I said, then you pour it; The child said that the teacher wouldn't wipe my ass when I went to the toilet, so I said, I will help you; The child said that the teacher untied my shoelaces, and I said, I'll tie them for you ... I helped the children a lot, and I thought I was good to them. But later, the teacher reminded me that it was wrong for me to do that. What I should do is to teach people to fish, not to teach people to fish. I also gradually found that every time my child has a little difficulty, I open my mouth and shout "Miss Chen ……" My child gradually became dependent on me. Whenever there is a little difficulty, they think I will help them solve it, so they can't even use their brains. In this way, instead of helping them, I encouraged their lazy habits, and even let them develop some bad habits, which is very unfavorable to their growth. So, I changed the way I educate my children. I no longer tie their shoelaces, but teach them how to tie them; Instead of helping them wipe their bottoms, they taught them to wipe their own bottoms ... gradually, the children's self-care ability became stronger, and the number of calls to Teacher Chen was less. The children have grown up, and I am much more relaxed.
The children are very enthusiastic. Children often hug me and say to me, "Teacher, I like you." I also like to hold the baby. The children's pink and tender faces make me want to take a bite. I like their innocent words and their carefree smiles. I feel a lot younger among children.
Although the children like me very much, it doesn't mean that the children listen to my orders. Children always like to talk while drinking water and waiting in line. I told them to be quiet and have a good drink, or they would burn themselves. As a result, the children just played and ignored me. At that time, deep frustration swept through me like a frenzy. I know children know teachers. The original teachers started teaching in small classes. It is natural for children to listen to them and not to me. But I have been in this class for a while, and the children still don't know me, which makes me feel very failed. But the teacher's words suddenly woke me up. She said: the child is not that young. In fact, children mature early and have their own ideas. You are sincere to them, but you are not as good as temper and principle, so that children feel that no matter what mistakes I make, the teacher will not be angry and I will not be punished, so I can ignore the teacher's words and feelings as long as I am happy. I suddenly understood the teacher's words, and I was really unprincipled to treat them well. No matter what mistakes they made, I played lightly. Although reasonable, many children always turn their heads and forget. I am friendly, but being too unprincipled will only encourage children's arrogance. In the eyes of children, I am just a big friend. Without the authority of the teacher, the children will definitely not listen to me. So I started to keep a straight face. When they make mistakes, they should learn from them and the truth must be told. However, we should also make children understand that if they make mistakes, they should be responsible and punished, so that they can remember and correct them. Gradually, the children began to listen to me, and I was able to line up and control discipline. I can take charge of some simple children's activities, and I am gradually confident.
In kindergarten, the safety of children is very important. No matter what you are doing, you can't leave your children. Children are touched, not to mention parents, and they all look distressed. Parents even think that teachers don't care about their children. Even if you are right, it is still unreasonable. Besides, since parents put their children in your hands, they also put their children's safety in your hands. Can you say that you are not responsible? So I have been staring at the children, always watching, afraid that the children will hit, and I feel sorry for myself and my parents. Children are safe, parents are at ease, and they are relaxed.
Although the internship time is very short, but there are still some gains in the internship, summed up some of their own experience:
1. Always smile. Smiling is the best way to communicate between people, and so is a child. Everyone likes teachers with affinity.
2. There is always a sense of security in my heart. Whether indoors or outdoors, for activities or rest, safety is the first priority. Especially before games and activities. You have to make a clear request first. Pay attention to observation during activities, deal with hidden dangers in time, and ensure the safety of children.
3. Parenting is very important. Communicate with parents in time. Children's communication at home and in the park will help children keep in good condition, and some parents' work can be easily completed.
4. Pay attention to your words and deeds. Preschool teachers are the objects that children imitate. The teacher's words and deeds will directly affect him. Pay attention to your behavior and set a good example for your children.
5. Be confident and believe in your own strength. As long as you have the ability to face any difficulties, you are not afraid that you cannot overcome them. We should learn from difficulties again and again, step by step, and move towards success.
