Approaching and feeling famous teachers has made me understand that we teachers should love students and be diligent in teaching and educating people. Teacher Training Experience 6 (1) At first, I was reluctant, annoyed and impatient, and gradually attracted by the wonderful explanations of experts. 1. The internal driving force of independent development.

Therefore, every teacher should consciously enhance the sense of responsibility for professional development, strive to enhance the internal motivation of independent development and enhance the awareness of self-development. 2. Have the will to learn.

3. Have the habit of being good at reflection

"Reflection is the" private land "of teachers. Only by continuous cultivation can we review our educational ideas and behaviors and constantly ask, "Is my teaching effective?" "Can my teaching be more effective? "It is a magic weapon for teachers' professional growth to constantly sum up the gains and losses of their work, deepen their understanding and constantly revise their strategies so as to obtain sustained professional growth. Only when teachers constantly reflect, explore and create in their daily teaching practice can they get it, especially paying attention to scientific reflection on teaching experience. The purpose of reflection is to increase teachers' rational autonomy, make teachers have more self-awareness of their own practical beliefs and causal determinants of practice, and thus keep teachers' growth in a dynamic, open and sustainable state.

In a word, this training activity has greatly improved my teaching concept, teaching behavior and methods, professional level and teaching theory. In July 14 and June 15, I attended the county-wide primary school Chinese teacher training meeting held by Changle No.2 Middle School. At the meeting, I listened to the reports of four teachers, namely, teacher Wang Ancun of Xingfu Street Primary School in Kuiwen District, teacher Xiguan Primary School in Shouguang Shengcheng Street, colleague Zhang and teacher Zhang of Qingzhou City. First, we should correctly face setbacks in our work.

Both the teacher and Zhang mentioned their bumpy teaching experience in the report. When talking about this, they didn't complain, but thought that it was these bumpy experiences that made them achieve today's results. Teacher Zhang said, "Don't complain that life is unfair to you. Roughness is also a kind of wealth. " This sentence gave me great enlightenment.

In one's life, setbacks and disappointments are inevitable. Teachers often encounter setbacks and difficulties in their work. If the demand is not met, the motivation is not realized, the method of educating students is frustrated, the effect of managing classes is not good, the classroom teaching is not satisfactory, the students' grades are not ideal, the scores in the teaching assessment are not high, and they are not shortlisted in the promotion ... If you can correctly understand your professional value, understand the significance of your work, and find ways to accept your profession, you can quickly adjust your mentality and get out of the spiritual trough. The experience of these two teachers tells us that if you regard the teaching profession as a career rather than just a rice bowl, and the education post as a way to creatively realize your own value rather than a burden, then what we get from work will be joy, not trouble and sadness.

Second, Chinese teaching should return to the truth.

Nowadays, Chinese teaching is more or less time-consuming, but the effect is not high. Teachers work hard, students are boring, teachers talk too much, students read too little, and the effectiveness of Chinese learning is poor. Finally, the phenomenon of "make up after class, lose in class, and both teachers and students work hard" is formed. This is because teachers deviate from the purpose of Chinese teaching in teaching. Therefore, Zhang proposed: "Chinese teaching should return to the foundation." "We should teach students useful Chinese for life." The "truth" here is the essence of Chinese teaching. So, how to return to the essence of Chinese teaching?

First of all, pay attention to cultivating students' sense of language through reading.

Ancient education in China paid special attention to cultivating students' language perception through reading. The ancients accumulated a lot of valuable experience in this respect, which has been passed down as a motto to this day. For example, "Reading 300 Tang poems, even if you can't write poems" and "Reading a book a hundred times, you can see its meaning" all talk about the important role of reading in understanding and feeling language.

Some people think that reading ancient Chinese is forcing students to remember, but in fact, students simply don't understand. This is a rigid teaching method and should be completely denied. Students hardly read through the text, and they can't hear the sound of books in class, only hear the teacher's general explanation, which makes Chinese teaching lose its vitality and vitality. Secondly, we attach importance to imitation and emphasize innovation.

What is commendable is that the ancients not only attached importance to imitation, but also emphasized innovation based on imitation. It is natural that the current composition teaching encourages students to write their own words and feelings. But just because students can write the truth doesn't mean they can write an article. Writing articles should also pay attention to rules and techniques, which requires guiding students to imitate the advantages of articles in structure and expression. In this regard, Mr. Ye Shengtao has already had an incisive exposition. He said, "The text is an example." Therefore, imitation is a bridge between reading and writing. In fact, many teachers do the same thing, but they only know how to let students imitate the text mechanically, but they don't do what the ancients said, "Learn from the gods and don't see their faces", lacking the spirit of innovation. The valuable experience of the ancients in this respect is worth learning.

Third, pay attention to the unity of literature and Taoism, and advocate literature bearing Taoism.

As early as more than two thousand years ago, Confucius thought that "if you don't learn poetry, you have nothing to say", and said: "Poetry can be appreciated, observed, grouped and complained; Your father is a thing, and your father is a distant thing; Learn more about the names of plants, birds and animals. " Although what Confucius is talking about here is the edifying function of poetry, it can also be speculated that ancient education in China closely linked "literature" and "Tao". "The unity of literature and Taoism" is indeed an important principle that Chinese teaching should follow.

The "integration of literature and Taoism" we advocate is to give consideration to the instrumentality and humanity of Chinese, and organically combine Chinese knowledge teaching with students' ideological and moral education. Regrettably, in Chinese teaching, some teachers value "literature" over "Tao", only impart knowledge and ignore education, or artificially separate literature from Taoism, making Chinese class an "ideological and moral education class", or adding the long tail of ideological education to text classes and engaging in "wearing boots and hats". These practices violate the teaching principle of "the integration of literature and Taoism". Third, let children read more books and read good books.

"Reading is like a million volumes, and writing is like a god." When many great writers talk about "becoming famous and getting married", they all think that it is due to a lot of reading in childhood. It can be seen that reading more books can improve writing ability, which is the unanimous view of people throughout the ages. Extracurricular reading is an extension of extracurricular Chinese teaching. Therefore, Chinese teachers should use their brains to stimulate children's interest in reading, let children read more books, increase their knowledge in reading and enrich their lives.

Teacher training experience 6 (3) 20xx 10 On June 5438+03, the county-wide science classroom teaching series standard activity training meeting was held in Boxing Experimental Primary School. I listened to three calibration classes and three video calibration classes, which benefited a lot.

In particular, students' investigation reports and experimental reports have given me a new understanding of the hands-on and accumulated application of scientific disciplines. After observing the teaching class, I realized that in order to have a good science class, teachers should constantly improve their self-cultivation and pressure themselves. In order to make science class colorful, teachers and students need to participate together, prepare before class, collect and sort out information, etc., so as to lay a good foundation for a good science class. When the classroom is given to the students, the students are the masters of the experiment. Under the guidance of teachers, students independently ask and solve problems in class, and report the results of communication, which improves students' emotional thinking, makes them really interested in and love science, and also enables the teachers to accomplish the teaching tasks unconsciously.

After listening to teacher Gao Fei's video lecture, I realized that science is not only in the classroom, but also in the society itself. Teacher training experience 6(6) 1 1 June, 2008, I came all the way to Tianjin to participate in the training of primary school mathematics backbone teachers sponsored by the Ministry of Education and undertaken by Tianjin Normal University.
