"Embedded Development Plan for People of All Ethnic Groups": This plan is jointly organized and implemented by the United Front Work Department of the Central Committee, the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Public Security, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, aiming at promoting the embedded development of people of all ethnic groups in the economic, cultural and social fields and realizing resource sharing and social integration.

3. "Tourism promotes the exchange and integration of all ethnic groups": This plan makes tourism a platform to promote the exchange and integration of all ethnic groups through the development of tourism, especially red tourism, so that the fruits of tourism development can benefit people of all ethnic groups, thus deepening mutual understanding and friendship.

4. The implementation of the three plans will help to promote extensive exchanges, all-round exchanges and deep integration of all ethnic groups, further consolidate national unity and promote social harmony and stability.
