4) The team leader should avoid taking children to dangerous places such as cliffs, rivers, lakes and dangerous valleys in mountainous areas to avoid accidents.

6) Take necessary medicines, food and clothes, and tell the team leader or accompanying doctor in time if you feel uncomfortable.
7) Daily activities should not be too much, and adequate rest time should be arranged.
