Usually, the upstream and downstream of the education network are symmetrical, but if the other party uses ADSl telecommunication network, then the upstream and downstream of the other party are asymmetrical. For example, the other party uses 2M ADSL. Then his uplink transmission is only between 380 K and 640 K, so your video transmission bandwidth is larger than his video upload bandwidth regardless of inter-network transmission, so he can see you clearly and you can see that he will get stuck. In addition, due to the inter-network settlement problem, the IPV4 export bandwidth of the education network is relatively narrow, and this part of the bandwidth utilization rate is high, and the uplink utilization rate is low (for users of the education network), that is, the uplink is idle and the downlink is crowded.
