In the summer of 2003, he obtained a master's degree from East China University of Political Science and Law.
In the summer of 2008, he received a doctorate from East China University of Political Science and Law.
1984 has been teaching in East China Normal University since the summer vacation.
1998 and 2008 were employed as associate professors and researchers respectively. He used to be the director of the editorial department of the school newspaper of East China Normal University, the deputy director of the propaganda department of the Party Committee, the director of the propaganda department of the Party Committee, the director of the principal's office, the assistant to the principal, the executive deputy head of nyu Shanghai preparatory working group and the director of the development planning office.
From July 20 12 to present, he has served as the Standing Committee Member and Vice President of the Party Committee of East China Normal University.
