Article 4 of the Measures for Handling Violations of Professional Ethics of Primary and Secondary School Teachers deals with the following violations of teachers' professional ethics:
(a) in education and teaching activities and other occasions, there are words and deeds that undermine the authority of the CPC Central Committee and violate the party's line, principles and policies.
(2) harming the national interests, social public interests, or violating social public order and good customs.
(three) through the classroom, forums, lectures, information networks and other channels to publish and forward wrong views, or fabricate and spread false information and bad information.
(four) in violation of teaching discipline, perfunctory teaching, or engage in part-time and paid behavior that affects education and teaching without authorization.
(five) discrimination, insult, abuse and injury to students.
(six) in the event of an emergency in education and teaching activities, facing danger, regardless of the safety of students, AWOL, escape.
(seven) proper relationship with students, and shall not engage in any form of indecency or sexual harassment.
(eight) in the enrollment, examination, promotion, walking and performance appraisal, job recruitment, professional title evaluation, evaluation and other work, fraud.
(9) soliciting or accepting property from students and their parents, or participating in banquets, tourism, entertainment and leisure activities funded by students and their parents, selling books, newspapers, supplementary materials and social insurance to students, or using parents' resources for personal gain.
(ten) organizing and participating in paid remedial classes, or introducing students and providing relevant information for off-campus training institutions and others.
(eleven) other violations of professional ethics.
