National "Top Ten" Teachers 1 person, 4 provincial model workers, 7 provincial excellent teachers, 7 provincial teaching stars, 33 municipal teaching stars, 4 national and provincial backbone teachers, 4 municipal subject leaders, 4 municipal backbone teachers 1 person, 24 first municipal teaching experts, and provincial people's congress deputies1person. Every year, more than 80 teachers' papers are published and won prizes, and more than 200 people are awarded the title of excellent counselors at or above the municipal level.

Fourth, comprehensively implement the national education policy, comprehensively optimize the education environment, face all students, take cultivating "people with all-round development and expertise" as the running direction, take "honesty as the foundation, let students learn to live" and "kindness and beauty, let students grow up happily" as the educational concepts, strengthen management, reform and innovation, realize humanization, scientificity, standardization and refinement of school administrative behavior and education and teaching process, and form everyone to understand etiquette. In recent years, the enrollment rate and consolidation rate of the planned enrollment of No.4 Middle School are zero, and the education and teaching work of the school has won the general trust and praise of parents and won a good social reputation. 1994 to 2002, our school sent 9 outstanding students to the national high school science experimental class (the national high school science experimental class stopped enrolling students in 2003). In addition, since 2003, No.4 Middle School, as one of the designated schools for the exchange of basic education between China and Singapore, has sent overseas students to Raffles College and Raffles Girls' Middle School, which are known as the cradle of leaders in Singapore. Up to now, 27 students in our school have studied in Singapore. For more than 20 years, it has successively won provincial and municipal advanced grass-roots party organizations, provincial advanced league organizations, provincial and municipal model workers' homes, provincial and municipal advanced audio-visual education collectives, municipal garden-style schools, municipal civilized pacesetter units and civilized window units, provincial advanced sports collectives that meet the standards, and national double awards.

Governor Wang Jinshan once wrote an inscription for Anqing No.4 Middle School, "A century-old famous school, Feng Ming brings forth the old and brings forth the new"; Chen Xiaoya, Vice Minister of Education, highly praised the school-running philosophy and achievements of No.4 Middle School, which is "cherish life and grow up happily". Mr. Wang, deputy inspector of the state and former director of the Department of Basic Education of the Ministry of Education, praised No.4 Middle School as "a wonderful flower of Chinese education in southern Anhui".
