4, in conjunction with the relevant departments to formulate measures and regulations for raising and managing education funds, education funding, education infrastructure investment, education fees; Supervise the collection and use of education funds in the county; Compile and submit annual budget proposals such as county-level education funds, administrative organs and school education funds, infrastructure investment, special funds, state-owned assets, financial audit, etc.

5. Plan and manage the construction of teaching and administrative staff in all kinds of schools in the county; Responsible for the qualification of teachers in the county; In conjunction with relevant departments, implement the organizational norms of the higher authorities for the school and guide the internal management, education and teaching reform of the school; Cooperate with relevant departments to implement relevant policies and regulations on labor wages and personnel management in the education system.
