1. Two-way choice letter of intent, signed by the principals of both schools, and returned to the original school.

2. The original school submitted the letter of intent for teachers' two-way choice to the Personnel Section of the Education Bureau.

3. The Education Bureau will notify the transferred personnel to go through the transfer formalities at the Personnel Department and issue a notice of personnel transfer.

The teacher will submit the notice of personnel transfer from the Education Bureau to the original school.

5. According to the requirements of the notice of personnel transfer issued by the Education Bureau, the original school issued a letter of introduction on administrative and trade union personnel transfer and salary, and handed it over to the transferred personnel.

6. Transfer personnel to submit relevant letters of introduction from the school to the Personnel Section of the Education Bureau.

7. The transferred personnel shall go to the transferred school with a letter of introduction issued by the Personnel Section of the Education Bureau.
