Why does the state attach importance to vocational education?
Because with the strengthening of national economic and technological strength, China will become a manufacturing power in the world in the future.

At present, our country is short of technicians, so we should pay attention to vocational education to train talents. The vocational education system in Germany is the representative of the whole world. Their vocational education is different from vocational training, but emphasizes division of labor, discipline and standardization. Learning every skill requires two to four years of formal education.

At present, in China, the birth rate is declining, and the junior high school enrollment rate is only 50%. Parents can accept that their children are "destined to be ordinary people", but they cannot accept that their children are "ordinary people who have not been admitted to high school". This is also a signal to promote the development of vocational education.

The state also encourages vocational schools to cooperate with social capital to build vocational education infrastructure and training bases, and jointly build and share public training bases.
