The role of art in the development of human society is urgent! ! !
From the scope of art mentioned above, we can know that art is not only related to people's spiritual life, but also closely related to people's material life. Therefore, the social function of art is not only reflected in the common educational function, cognitive function and aesthetic function of general works of art, but also has incomparable practical value, that is, human beings should create more, better and more beautiful material products to meet the growing needs of human material life and spiritual life, which is particularly obvious in the fields of arts and crafts and architecture. The rapid rise of modern developed countries and the great development of emerging art fields such as fashion design, interior design, industrial design, commercial art and environmental art strongly illustrate this point. People often say: "it is human nature to love beauty." With the continuous development of social productive forces and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people need more beauty in both material and spiritual life. Although the task of creating beauty does not depend entirely on art, art is the most important means to create beauty. Therefore, the social function of art is, in the final analysis, closely related to the material civilization and spiritual civilization of socialist modernization. In recent years, with the development of educational reform, people pay more and more attention to psychological education. The so-called "psychological education" is the abbreviation of psychological education, aiming at cultivating and developing students' healthy psychology, thus promoting their personality perfection. Psychological education and moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor education go hand in hand and develop simultaneously, which is an indispensable subsystem in the overall education project. Recently, CCTV reported that about 30% of middle school students have psychological barriers to varying degrees, and people call dependence, vulnerability, anxiety, loneliness and stubbornness the five bad psychology of contemporary teenagers (mostly only children). Therefore, it is the task of every art educator to correctly understand and actively play the psychological education role of art. As the main means of aesthetic education, art's main task is not only to impart artistic knowledge, but also to train artistic skills. But through students' inner aesthetic state, cultivate and develop good psychology, treat and correct bad psychology, make all kinds of psychological functions tend to be harmonious and all kinds of potentials develop harmoniously, and finally achieve the purpose of improving people's survival value and experiencing and realizing a better life. In other words, art and art education also have the function of psychological education. Then, what kind of psychological education function does art and art education have? I want to talk about my superficial understanding from the following four aspects. (1) The psychological education function of artistic works and artistic components. Since ancient times, art and its educational activities have been a means for human beings to cure mental illness and ensure mental health. It is found that works of art and their components have good psychotherapy effect. Spencer, a British psychologist, once said, "Without the emotions caused by oil painting, sculpture, music, poetry and all kinds of natural beauty, half the fun of life would be lost, which opened the door for people with various diseases." [1] Ancient works of art, such as ancient Greek gods, Indian totems and Egyptian pharaohs' tombs, are endowed with strong political and religious colors and are regarded as amulets to ward off evil spirits and bless good luck and peace. Pyramid of khufu's magnificent figure and stable triangular shape on the Nile once caused great psychological shock to millions of Egyptian slaves. China's modern works of art also have a strong psychological function. "The door god carries a big knife, and the GREAT GHOST kid can't get in." In the old society, the poor farmers in Yanggezhuang, Hebei Province looked at the door gods (a kind of New Year pictures) and got a temporary balance in their desire for happiness. The Great Wall of Wan Li twists and turns, the dragon gallops, and Xu Beihong dances with his head held high, symbolizing the Chinese style and the spirit of the Chinese nation and injecting passion and vitality into everyone in China. The American novelist O Henry conceived a green vine leaf painted on the wall by a painter, which supported the life of a sick girl ... all these are enough to prove the great role of works of art in people's psychology. Psychologists also believe that various patterns, signs, and even a single artistic modeling factor, such as a line, a shape, a color, and a composition, can be regarded as symbols that convey specific associative information, giving people completely different psychological feelings and influences. For example: the sense of openness of horizontal line, the sense of stability of triangle, the sense of movement of waveform, the sense of fidgety of broken line, the sense of chord halo of spiral shape and so on. It is reported that in Nazi concentration camps during World War II, spiral patterns were painted on the wall of the waiting room for interrogating "prisoners", which made people dizzy and vomited, causing unbearable psychological torture. German fascists can be described as killing people without seeing blood! Goethe, a famous German poet, has studied the psychological effect of color for more than twenty years. He proved that "blue can cause people's psychological coldness, red can make people feel horrible, and green contains goodwill and reconciliation, and has the ability to appease the eyes and mind." [2] The French scholar Ferrer measured the changes of human grip strength under the action of different colors of light with a grip strength meter. He was surprised to find that orange light stimulated people's psychology and made them excited, and the grip strength increased by more than three quarters. /kloc-at the end of 0/9th century, Russian doctor Bekhterev set up a special hospital to treat mental disorders, which used blue room environment to restrain excited mental patients and was quite successful. Blue realized its "medicine" function for the first time. A clever football coach in Europe asked people to paint the locker room where football players go to rest blue to create a relaxed atmosphere; But when he made his last encouraging speech to the team members, he let them walk into the reception room painted red to create an exciting background. [3] This can be said to be a typical example of being good at exerting the psychological influence of color. As art teachers, we should master the psychological function of art elements skillfully and serve the implementation of psychological education in education and teaching. (2) Psychological education in the process of art homework Through the process of art homework (or creation), many elderly people's physical and psychological diseases have been treated and recovered. CCTV's "Sunset Red" Festival has been reported frequently. In fact, for teenagers, the whole process of completing art homework sets an ideal environment and atmosphere for their psychological development. Art teachers should pay attention to the autonomy, orderliness and many difficulties in the process of completing art homework, and focus on cultivating their independent consciousness, methodical and practical operation habits and confidence and determination to overcome difficulties, so as to overcome their dependence, impetuous anxiety and fragile psychology. The environment of art homework is quiet, professional, ambitious and rigorous, which is conducive to helping students achieve the best psychological state. First of all, the process of art homework is free and independent, without any compulsion. Under the guidance of teachers, students should open their hearts, know themselves, develop themselves, vent their emotions, control themselves through strict operating procedures, and know themselves independently in completing art homework. Over time, students should develop good self-psychology, such as self-knowledge, self-esteem, self-confidence and self-improvement, and the cultivation of self-psychology is precisely the core issue of the all-round development of teenagers' personality. Through the process of art homework, students' self-awareness awakens and their self-psychology forms. They will naturally get rid of their long-term dependence on their parents and teachers and gradually correct their dependence psychology. There are also quite a few students who lack the habit of finishing art homework seriously. In addition to their own lack of clear learning goals, serious impetuous anxiety is also an important reason. If you can't sit down in class, your homework is often "half a piece". The strong order of art homework is a good medicine to treat this bad psychology. Teachers should strictly follow the procedural requirements, meticulously strengthen homework guidance, and overcome anxiety will receive immediate results. In addition, the art homework process is a hard and meticulous labor process for students, and students will encounter many difficulties. For example, it is difficult to understand the theory, to prepare art materials, to do homework badly because of carelessness, to ignore good habits, and to be discussed by others for poor homework effect. Students are required to complete an assignment and overcome all kinds of difficulties, so as to enhance their anti-frustration consciousness and correct their fragile psychology. (3) The psychological education function of the final success of art homework. It is very important to help students make their art homework finally successful. Although students have some psychological obstacles and many psychological problems, teachers should pay attention to the "bright spots" in students' art homework, find and praise their advantages in their homework, and strengthen their motivation to overcome difficulties and improve themselves-their own strengths or strengths. Create a completely comfortable psychological environment and provide them with opportunities for performance. For example, some students have bold ideas and strange imagination; Some students are meticulous and meticulous; Some students are ordinary in appearance but beautiful in color; Some students are clean and tidy and have a serious attitude; Some students are active in thinking and have unique ideas ... teachers should be praised in the evaluation of homework performance. Suhomlinski believes that teachers should not stimulate students' interest in learning with obvious stimulation, but should let them experience their own labor and achievements through the process of discovering their "talent" at a deeper level. "This matter itself is one of the most important sources of interest." [4] It is very important for teachers to guide and help students to finish their homework well and finally succeed. Because it can let every student experience it personally, and finally get the pleasure of ultimate success through hard work and struggle. Make those frustrated students realize that "I can draw well (or do well)", and make them sprout positive psychological needs to cultivate enterprising spirit and overcome inferiority complex. The result of art homework should be to make every student happy. (four) the psychological education function of art activities, art exhibitions, art competitions, art lectures, art posters, art interest group activities, campus beautification, etc. It has opened up a broad world for the healthy development of students' psychology. In these activities, the opportunities for students to communicate and cooperate have increased, which helps students to enhance their sense of group. In the colorful artistic activities, social feelings such as equality, trust, sympathy and responsibility between students and teachers, and between students and students are greatly expanded, and emotional resonance is easy to occur among peers. Combining collective activities with students' personal feelings is undoubtedly conducive to developing students' independent psychology, enterprising psychology, tolerance psychology and overcoming and correcting stubborn psychology. Art activities "cultivate our feelings, make them have noble and pure habits, make people's opinions and interests hurt others' opinions, and gradually eliminate those who are degenerating." [5] In short, art contains the meaning of music and poetry, so it is particularly touching. Art homework process (creative process) must be devoted wholeheartedly, and art moistens things quietly, with far-reaching influence and irreplaceable psychological education function.
